We attended a concert at Warwick Castle, and I was looking for a central hotel that wasn’t too far away from the venue. Luckily for me, I can across The Old Coffee Tavern, located in the heart of Warwick, just a short walk from the castle and the city center. The rooms are decorated in a traditional style, but with with a touch of modern flair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings, large windows and all the comforts you would expect in a good hotel. Our room on the first floor was very quiet, even though we were in the centre of Warwick. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed. Due to having to leave early the following morning, we didn’t get the chance to experience breakfast, but the very kind team put together a breakfast box for us including pastries, fruit and cereals – which was hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend The Old Coffee Tavern to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Warwick. The bedrooms are lovely, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. I will be definitely staying here again when I’m next coming to Warwick.

Amazing food & service! We asked The Old Coffee Tavern if they would be able to give us dinners to take away on Saturday and Sunday as we’d got an all weekend work event going on (9 people) - they very kindly said yes and it was amazing! On Saturday we had burgers, fish & chips and salads as well as sides of buttermilk chicken and humous which went down a treat. On Sunday we had roast dinners (beef, chicken and vegan wellington with extra roasties, gravy & yorkies) which were also incredible. When we picked the food up the staff were great and really friendly. The dinners were boxed up neatly and it was all still hot when we arrived back at work. Everyone absolutely loved the food, it was delicious! You could tell it was all homemade. Would 100% recommend the Old Coffee Tavern!! Check it out!

This was my first visit at the Old Coffee Tavern, from the start the atmosphere was captivating, it is such a lovely place, high ceilings, and great decor. Next, the service was outstanding! We had a big booking for 20 people and astonishingly the staff new us already by name and dietary requirements by heart. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, allowing us to just enjoy and chat to each other. The staff even went the extra mile with some requests. Finally, I can't leave without mentioning the food: Having so many people I think we tried almost everything from the menu, and everyone had great compliments. I personally had the grilled fish, which was very fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked. I had a lovely 40th birthday, and this is definitely a place to remember.
