Red Hot Mamma Warwick — Restaurant in Warwick

After what our hotel described to be the best pizza place in town, me and my Partner where very much excited to go.

How quickly where we disappointed…

It took 10 min to get a waiter in a semi empty restaurant to ask for our drinks. It took 10 min to get a drink and order our food. At which we asked if they could let us know if the dairy products are pasteurised, as she is pregnant, they tried to find packing but could not tell us and answered me with I do not know. When we proceeded to ask about other allergies we received a similar answer. (This is a bad sign, as that’s breaking the law. At all times you should know or be able to provid information on allergens.)

Judging by what we saw in the open kitchen cross contaminate was something which no one prevented here…

Once we finally received our food it was ok but did not live up to the hype we had come here for.

Service was underwhelming(I can be a judge of this , as I make my living by training and managing hospitality staff for high end events around the world)

I’ve been here now a month ago. But clearly it still bothered me again when we thought about visiting...

I hosted my birthday meal at Red Hot Mamma in Warwick this weekend and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I want to give a special thanks to Farhad who was incredibly flexible and thoughtful. Farhad allowed us to add our own decorations to the table, bring in our own alcohol free Prosecco and he provided us with special celebration glasses and knife to cut my birthday cake with. These additional touches made my birthday meal extra special and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The service throughout the day was great - I want to give a special thanks to Maryam for regularly checking in on us, being patient with orders and ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

The food, was absolutely delicious - every pizza looked amazing, and everyone really enjoyed it!

We had a group of 13 celebrating two birthdays and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. A massive shoutout to Mary, who truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. From the moment we arrived, Mary had everything prepared and organized. She helped us settle in smoothly, and her attention to detail really stood out. Not only did she provide exceptional service throughout the meal, but she also kindly arranged for our birthday cakes to be stored safely and later brought them out beautifully presented and perfectly timed, which made the whole moment feel extra special and stress-free for us.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. Mary’s warmth, professionalism, and care made a big impression on everyone in the group.

Highly recommend Red Hot Mama — especially if you’re planning a group event or celebration. We’ll definitely be back!...
