A Hidden Gem with Delicious Breakfast and Charming Vibes We visited this lovely local café and were absolutely delighted! It's such a cute and cozy spot, perfect for a relaxing morning with family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We ordered the mushroom with poached egg and the salmon with cream cheese scrambled eggs—both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients. The coffee was just as impressive—smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed.

From time to time, we all come across places that are unexpectedly special. This is, without a doubt, the best cafe I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in years. We spent 4 days in New Brighton & visited Social 114 every day. Because it’s so good. The service is the right level of friendly, the coffee & beer were great, as was the food (we had brunch two days in a row & the creamy mushrooms are off the scale delicious) the cakes were fantastic, and importantly for us, the understanding/attentiveness to allergies was on point. From the minute we came in, the service was atrocious. The server(a lady in a naruto shirt) was very rude to us espeically in regards to gettong an extra chair for our son, I understand this may not be ideal but the server seemed annoyed at us just for daring to ask. This awfulness continued as my drink had to be remade(no issue with this, i understand mistakes happen) but the second server proceeded to simply toss my remade drink at me with no apology. And when I thought thjngs could not get worse, my campfire beans were poor. Barely any chorizo or cheese and the beans tasted cheap.
