I have been a few times and it was lovely. Unfortunately the last time I went a few months ago will be the last. My friend called beforehand to confirm vegan and they said no issue. I am vegan and did not like any of the limited vegan options. I asked for something else but they couldn’t accommodate anything else ( obviously all pre-made). I asked for tomato pasta but they did not have any tomatoes or pasta ( pasta used for another dish) I asked for rice but they didn’t have any. My friend ordered salmon pasta but with potatoes so I said can I have the pasta instead. In the end all they gave me was a v small bowl of side vegetables ( smaller than a mug ) and as for the pasta - it was in a separate ramekin dish and it was not even one ribbon of pasta! I even had to ask for a plate. The dessert was a rock hard vegan brownie that you could not put your spoon or fork in. The staff were not really bothered as they asked everyone else what the food was like apart from me. I called them back to say it was bizarre and very disappointing. The 3 pieces of vegetables were clearly all set up as a side dish pre prepared and nothing made on the night. I will never ever go again. So not...

What a quaint little gem of a restaurant this establishment is! We booked after a recommendation and WOW we certainly were not disappointed. Situated on Rowson Street, to the left as you head down into New Brighton it could be easily missed but I urge you to sample its charm, warm welcome and ultimately its stunning food.Run by Mike & his fantastic team, you are well catered for and the service is second to none. Walking through its lovely flowered courtyard we were greeted by Charlie who showed us to our table and then Evie took our order. Our food arrived piping hot and looked nothing short of high end fine dining. We also had a side order of chips and 'oh my word!' these are simply THE best chips you will EVER have... I can't recommend them highly enough! Our desserts were plentyful and there were so many to choose from it was hard to decide. All in all the experience was brilliant, from start to finish and 10/10 for everything. Bistro 115 is up there with the best. Keep up the good work guys... We WILL be...

This Bistro is a wonderful place to eat if you decide to visit New Brighton or if you’re a local looking for somewhere different to go to. I visited with my mum today. We received a warm welcome, were greeted and seated right away. Service was very friendly, the waitress even offered to turn up the heating so that my mum was comfortable! They decorated for halloween which I thought was a lovely touch. The drinks were lovely and reasonably priced. The food was absolutely delicious, you couldn’t fault it! I had spanish meatballs with frittata and my mum had cuban style beef. The food was served fresh, warm and was full of flavour. The wait on the food was more than reasonable. Again, the service and attention from all of the staff at Bistro 115 was so friendly throughout our visit, they really are a credit especially during these uncertain times. We plan to visit...

We started our evening with a drink in the lounge ( we’d arrived early). Diners were enjoying small plate dishes available there. We moved through to the main dining room at our booked time. An inventive menu at Bistro 115. Lots of options from oxtail, chicken, pork, lamb, fish and veggie dishes on offer. We chose the oxtail, with cream cabbage, mustard mash and Cumberland sausage( not needed) and pork with prawns, veg fritter and marinara sauce. Both arrived piping hot and were delicious. The dishes are generous portions. A good selection of wines from glasses to bottles all reasonably priced. A creative desert menu. All were tempting. We had a Belgium chocolate Black Forest creation, which was delicious. The young staff were friendly, efficient and working hard. Excellent, creative dishes at reasonable prices. Book a table and enjoy!

I recently dined here for dinner and was genuinely impressed! The restaurant gives off a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The service was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, approachable, and attentive definitely a 10 out of 10! For starters, we had the cauliflower bites and halloumi, both of which were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. My main course was the sea bass, accompanied by a mixed seafood tomato sauce, and it was cooked to perfection simply delicious! The desserts were equally impressive, leaving no room for complaints. I would definitely return!
