I came here today with me and two friends and it was very disappointing. I usually come here and it’s decent and I even recommended this place to my friends so we went there today to try it but it was bad. The hijabi woman was rude. She snatched the menu from my hand when I handed it to her and we had to wait 20 minutes for her to take our order. Two women behind us left because the hijabi woman took so long and she was also talking to them rudely. The staff is different after 5pm. Oro is fine and Umayr is fine too but this hijabi woman had very bad attitude and customer service and even my friends were appalled and they said that I should leave a review. I’m not happy at all and the signature grow up was disappointing. They usually give condensed milk in a bottle but I didn’t get that. It’s as if they were rationing the desserts. I appreciate that quality might suffer when food gets delivered rather than served at the table but I was truly taken aback when I opened my delivery. The slice of fudge cake was not only smaller than what I usually get served at the shop, but it looked like it had been half eaten or a piece was missing.

When I called the restaurant they admitted that part of the cake crumbled when they were putting it in the box and they just tried to piece it back together and "there was nothing they could do" because it could also be that the driver mishandled the box.

I honestly don't buy it. Why not take pride in your service and just cut another slice? They didn't offer a refund or replacement, just another slice if I order again. I visited this place for the second time, hoping for a better experience after a disappointing first visit with unfriendly service. Sadly, I was let down again. The staff working the morning shift seem like they are there against their will, lacking smiles and a welcoming attitude which discourages customers from returning.

The venue itself is nice and clean, with a good variety on the menu. However, many items are often unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients, and the service is unhelpful when it comes to providing information about the menu or encouraging customers to choose a dessert. Additionally, no gloves are used during meal preparation, which raises hygiene concerns.
