Munchies — Restaurant in Worcester

Unfortunately, too many times that I have ordered food from here or my friends have done so, the food is not up to scratch. Not only this but the customer service of the staff here are horrible.

A couple of times we have ordered from here from my flat, which is a minute away from the place mind you. And the food was cold, food was missing from the order and to top it all off the person that was delivering our food was just sitting in the alley way in his car on his phone , not delivering our food to the door that was matter of feet away.

Lately my friend ordered from you and ended up having a confrontation with someone at the shop on the phone. We were waiting nearly two hours for our food to arrive and had been lied to about someone trying to deliver the food. No phone call to ask about whether anyone is home ... Nothing. We ended up getting a refund but this is not on . The prices on some of the food too is a little too high. I wish I had better things to say, but this was my experience, way too...

I visited from Birmingham. The food was great with great service and hospitality! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Very friendly and willingness to enhance customer experience from staff by the great manners, respect and hospitality in providing anything we needed it terms of food and sauces. The food was absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender, succulent and crispy. The cheese burger patty was wonderfully seasoned and tasty. Fries were great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza had a perfect balance of cheese and tomato sauce. Was also delicious! Only fault I could find was that I couldn’t try the whole menu with limitations of my stomach. Would love to come back here again to try other items on the menu with the combination of a milkshake. I suspect it would hit the spot perfectly and be a mighty combo based on my first experience of...

I recently dined at this munchies , and I was blown away by the delicious pizza! Each slice had a perfectly crispy crust, topped with a medley of fresh, vibrant ingredients that danced on my taste buds.

And let’s not forget the wings! They were the epitome of crispy perfection—golden brown and bursting with flavor. Whether you like them spicy or mild, they were cooked just right and made the perfect companion to the pizza.

But what truly set this place apart was the fantastic staff. They greeted us with warm smiles, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their friendly and attentive service really enhanced the entire experience.
