Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Aberdeen

1/31/2024 10:00 pm Worst experience from any Sonic location we've ever been too. The lady at the window was polite and apologized for our wait. Unfortunately they got our order wrong. We sat in one of the bays typing out all 3 of our meals out so we'd know exactly what to say at the speaker. After receiving the food, checking it over and finding the order was incorrect, we pulled around to fix the issue. We recived all fries instead of tots, and the burritos (the only item I ever order, every time) were also way slimmer and lighter than usual, so as we were trying to explain the issues at the speaker a male argued he had the order right and we were basically wrong, then cut us off while in the middle speaking and told us to "just pull around". Extremely rude. He then grabbed the burritos we had after we showed him how small they were and tossed them in the trash and shut the window in out face AGAIN. Once the food was corrected, halfway home we realized he purposely didn't drain the tots from the fryer at all and my clothes and car seats were PUDDLED in grease. I wish I'd taken more photos before cleaning them. Absolutely ridiculous how horrible his attitude was, and not only that, but vindictive as well. I wish I could give less than one star. It's unfortunate because we normally have pretty decent service here. Never again.

I am aware greasy food leaves grease on bags, etc. This was dripping out....

So very frustrated. Came by Sonic on Independence day and ordered 5 drinks. Little did we know, we would be "greeted" by a RUDE sonic employee who took our order at the drive through (while she sounded annoyed throughout the order AND even more annoyed when we asked her to repeat back our order), sit at the window waiting for our drinks for 20 minutes for them to hand us two drinks and try to send us on our way. We advised them we still didnt have our Small Orange Cream Slush, Large Orange Cream Slush and Large Vanilla Milkshake. As more time goes by, they hand us two small orange slushies. We hand them back, show them the receipt and ask for our orange CREAM slushes and Vanilla milkshake.... after more and more time goes by we received two SMALL "orange cream slushes" (definitely not made properly with the ice cream, tasted horrible so they were thrown away) WITHOUT whipped topping and a large Vanilla Milkshake. Frustrating that we wasted so much time, spent $20, and still left without what we PAID for because the staff couldn't figure out how to make drinks. I ordered a big scoop Cookie dough sundae and all I got was two scoops of cookie dough and vanilla ice cream. There was not chocolate syrup or Oreos in it. I want what I payed for. The manager didn't care because I sent it back to get it remade and they were being funny and drowned it in chocolate syrup. I will definitely not be going back there. One of the worst fast food places ever!! (Update 10/14/2022) So it's been a year since I've been back. I decided to give sonic another chance hoping things would be better. Was I wrong. Tonight I got some honey bbq popcorn chicken there. I got home to eat my food and not to my surprise it was hard, and dry. I call to let them know. They said come back and we will take care of it. When I got there I was greeted with no apology for my inconvenience or bad food. I didn't get a refund or anything like that. What I did get was another batch of dry hard honey bbq popcorn chicken. Please close this place down or get new management. Someone that actually cares about what people are getting when they order their food. I'm officially done with Sonic in...
