I do not visit Taco Bell frequently, but one evening I decided to stop by while I was en route to an engagement that required that I arrive at a specific time. I decided to go through the drive-through. When I pulled up to the line to wait, and by the time that I made it to the speaker, I had waited over ten minutes and I was only the the third car to be served. By then I couldn’t get out of the drive through line because of the position I was in- a car in front and behind me, and a large curb that blocks off the drive though lane from the rest of the parking lot. No way to get over the curb without damaging the underside of your vehicle, unless the vehicle has enough clearance. Needless to say I was perturbed, and then I was asked to wait some more when I reached the speaker to order. So I waited, and when I needed to be leaving to be on my way I spoke up with a “hello?” and was answered rudely. I explained that I had been waiting over ten minutes and there was somewhere that I needed to be and could I please place my order. When I pulled around to the window a man with no name tag, no manager designation of any kind came to the window and said to me “I need you to stop yelling at my employees.” I was completely taken back and became more upset, I have always treated others with respect and never did I once raise my voice except to speak clearly into the speaker box. I started to explain to this man that I was upset about my wait and the situation I was in required me to be on my way at the moment, but he kept cutting me off and speaking over me with the same statement of “I need to you stop yelling at my employees”. I was never offered an apology of any kind, it was never acknowledged that I was upset about my wait time and the only explanation that was given to me was a vague “we had a large order to deal with”. In the years that I have lived here never have I ever been treated with such rudeness and disrespect before. As someone that actually worked at this very restaurant 10 years ago, I am so shocked and ashamed that I was subjected to such discourteousness. I would’ve never dared to treat a customer in such a manner, I see that the management has changed - a lot. This Taco Bell will definitely not be getting any of...
Read moreFirst of all I really want to give this store -5 stars. The problem with this Taco Bell is not the kids working it's the Management. My family and I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times this week. The same manager was present every time. ALL 3 TIMES THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER. I've watched this manager let the crew run wild and not manage ANYTHING! Tonight my son and I came in around 930pm. We were the ONLY ONES in the store. I ordered my wife 2 been burritos NO cheese to go with our order. (My wife is vegan) As I'm waiting for the food I notice the employees just walking around, talking not busy at all. The line was disgusting. The floor was disgusting and the manager was just watching all of this. I was telling my son how he is such a weak manager. He should be asking them to sweep the floors and wipe down the line. Not joking and talking to them. Don't get me wrong the employees are horibble at this location too, but it is management's responsibility to hold them accountable. This manager is so weak im talking a WET PAPER BAG!! I don't know who made him the manager but THAT PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED. Well anyway so when we get home my wife starts eating her bean burrito and there is cheese all in it. I am furious. I call the manager and ask him. "Why is it EVERY TIME we come in there our order is wrong?" 3 times this week and wrong all three times. He says "I'm sorry sir, we are looking to hire new people" lol I laugh and tell him it's HIS responsibility NOT the kids working there. He passed his failure onto a bunch of high school kids. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHAT SO EVER. I'll tell you they are consistent, but not in a good way. PLEASE CORPORATE FIX THIS TACO BELL! We love Taco bell. I took my wife here for our first date 24 years ago. ALL the Management needs to be fired and EVERYONE needs to be re-trained. Will not be back to this location until there are some serious...
Read moreBy far the worst experience ever. I was in a dilemma being trapped waiting or just walking out without my food. 😂 When I ordered but the place was pretty full and thought it was a good sign and a popular place. But what I didn't realize is no one was eating. Everyone was waiting... no one at the counter even blinked to say "hey it's gonna be a long a$$ wait" while I ordered from the kiosk.
After the first 20 minutes I almost jumped over the counter to get my own cup bc no one would look me in the eye. 🤦🏼♂️ I could wait but damn at least give me my drink while I do.
One of the people ahead of me called his wife and said it's been 50 minutes. 😶 Slowly one by one the literal 15 orders ahead of me got theirs. Then I noticed two that came in behind me got theirs. They lost my order. 😵💫 The young lady behind the counter realized as I stood there for 75 minutes waiting on three tacos. They whipped them up in about 30 seconds right in front of me. She handed them to me and meekly apologized for loosing the order but nothing about the wait lol. I felt bad for them but I think the management needs some training on reasurant flow. I mean if it's gonna be a terribly long wait at the very least warn the customer before you take there money so they have a choice in the matter. Most of all certainly don't just ignore them as if they aren't standing obviously in front of you with a need or question.
Tacos get a 7 out of 10 for TB tacos.. Service needs...
