Starbucks — Restaurant in Abilene

Convenient location, but usually long wait in the drive through. Mobile order is convenient if you can find a parking spot..however, recently I have not been impressed with it. My order was not there, and I was asked to prove I ordered and paid for it. Then the blame was put on the printer not printing my order. My guess is someone took my drink since the orders are left out for anyone to grab.Tight parking spaces and narrow entrances. Hard to get out and on to Buffalo Gap due to traffic. Most employees are friendly and courteous. I like their cold drink menu and mobile app. You can earn bonus stars by completing a menu challenge, but a frappuccino is almost always one of the items, unfortunately. It is way too sweet. It's typical Starbucks. It's inside a united grocery chain and shares the tables with sharkys and the deli in the store. Staff were nice my grandson got a cookie from there and we got food at sharkys. We were the only customers sitting at the time it was very slow. The only issues we had were tables were not clean and Flys were abundant. The tables are right beside the outside double doors. Staff of the Sharkeys and Starbucks watched us clean a table and no one said a word. Went back a few days later and tables were not clean again. A manager came after I mentioned the tables not being clean this time. He cleaned all the tables personally and staff swept. We haven't been back to see if cleaning protocols have changed.
