One of the girls there with darker hair, glasses and her airpod in was incredibly rude. We ordered at the Menu board and got 2 drinks and donuts. I asked for no vanilla in my drink I get it drink it and it’s so sweat I can’t drink it i look and it says vanilla and i thought “that’s okay we are still right by the place” so i went inside and said that i just asked for no vanilla and it looks like vanilla was put in there. She then interrupted me told me “I didn’t put vanilla in there” i said okay well it says vanilla ”well i didn’t put vanilla in it” its way to sweet can you just remake it. She then takes the drink out of my hand remakes it and then hands it to me saying “here it’s made the same as the last one”. Incredibly rude and disrespectful 0 customer service I can see why this dunkin is always hiring because there people keep getting complaints.( P.s girl if you see this yes i did make a complaint cause you got the right one this time and if i see you up there again i will let you know you got lucky bot hearing me with your AirPod in, the drink was not the same it tasted 10 times better and didn’t taste like straight syrup so...
Read moreMy family and I went several days after it had opened. The store was pleasantly quiet and the line was not very long. The servers were definitely young and still learning. Our server was very nice and washed the scoop because my wife is celiac. The cashier accidentally closed the till before giving me my change. She apologized and got Erin a shift leader. The shift leader got very frustrated because the computer would not open and told her to find someone else to help her and that she was busy. I immediately asked for the store manager and this gentleman (area manager) was helpful and apologized for Erin's actions. Erin then recanted (lied) and said she would get someone to help but didn't until I requested a head manager. He also came by later and repeated his apologizes. Read moreLet me start out by saying that I LOVE Dunkin, I come here about 2-3 times a week and mostly through drive through. I decided to come in person to place an order rather than the drive through today because it looked rather busy. I come inside, no one is in line, and it takes several moments to be recognized that I’m at the register. There is one lady, in particular, who is always very kind and patient and she took very good care of me- she’s an older black lady. But there was another one there that was white, glasses, and dark hair running around and cussing in front of me. I found this very unprofessional from a customer and co-worker point of view, and considered walking out. I understand they were busy, but that’s not an excuse to take anger out on your co-workers in front of customers.
