Burger King — Restaurant in Abilene

We go for the offers in app. Luckily we have dine in everytime. Today we dined in and I can't understand why ask for which sauce you want with chicken nuggets if you are Not going to give it. As we get ready to eat we noticed kids don't have their sauce. My daughter went to the counter to ask for sauce and we get questioned. Did you order nuggets or onion rings? I need to see your receipt? The young lady then said to me after I told her we ordered 6pc and a 4pc. nuggets that we charge for extras. I told her how can you charge me for extra when I never got the sauces in the first place. Anyways, yes please check for your sauces, napkins, straws, because if it ain't a burger or nuggets they ain't putting the stuff that also goes along with the order. I went in for a mobile order to pickup inside. I just wanted to say that the gentleman upfront packing the food was so nice! As soon as I walked in I saw him busy waiting for items to put in the bags. I noticed a manager or shift leader walk by and ridiculed him. She said "What are you doing standing up here talking?" I'm assuming because us customers were waiting for our order. She might be joking and it could be how they talk to each other but from my perspective it was far from the truth. He made sure he doubled checked everyone's order, he made sure there was napkins and ketchup and made sure we had enough of it too. His personality was awesome and he made me feel so welcomed there. I like the flame-grilled flavor. Trying to eat less beef and found that the impossible burger is a great tasting substitute. The 5 stars is for the hard working day crew that I witnessed during a busy lunch several weeks ago. Everyone seemed to be doing their best and had a sense of urgency. I waited longer than anticipated for my small mobile order, but seeing that everyone was working hard I couldn't be mad. These people do not work for tips so for them to show up to work and care about doing their job and providing service is admirable. So many places that expect 25% tips just for ringing you up do not even show as...
