Let me begin w i went to this establishment right after they opened for business and was completely satisfied and considered them to have one of the best salad bars in town.... Husband and I went for an early dinner at 3p on a Sunday. The restaurant only had a handful of customers in the establishment. Apon being seated I stepped in something black and extremely sticky under my chair. The sticky skidmark on the floor went from under our table to the table next to us. Hoping that this was just a hiccup I continued on to the salad buffet. There was hair in the Mozzarella cheese. I notified our waitress and she came over and switched it out no apology are anything. I go back to our table and my husband comes back w a congealed glob of what was labeled as Thousand Island dressing. It looked very questionable and tasted very tart. Needless to say he didn't eat much of it at all. We went for pizza and most of it looked like it had been under the lamp far too long. I just ordered a specialty of my favorite type bc I knew that at least that way it would be fresh. That was actually decent if u like pizza that is very similar to that served at.... nevermind. Our waitress wasn't terrible I supposed. She seemed high on some kind of upper and seemed to always speak to us as she was walking past. Then even after the hair she attempted to charge us $25 for two buffets. She did, however, take 10% off the bill. We will not be returning again. I was extremely disappointed in what this establishment has...
Read moreThis was my first, and as well best literal pizza pie ever. I got delivery so my reviews on service and atmosphere are not brought into my review. For the pizza I got had no way to eat normally. The pizza dough was so soft that the pizza itself was impossible to pick up. It had to be eaten with a fork and knife, and as good as it may of tasted it was the furthest from a pizza. This was an entirely a pie with all pizza toppings. I ordered a cheese crust pizza naturally expecting the dough to be thicker, considering it’s more expensive than the thin and thick pizza. In fact the thickest was the crust and that being the only thing to be able to pick up with hands. Even after putting the pizza in the oven to get the dough more crunchy, I realized the dough was so thin that even being more crunchy still made this entirely impossible to pick up. I hope to see better from this company as the toppings and dough did taste fresh and fairly well done. The crust was tasty and crunchy itself, I would personally rate it a 7.8/10. Now as everything may of tasted decently, the fact that this was an impossible pizza makes me disappointed, and that makes me have to give them a 2.8 out of 5, which would be about a 4.8 out of 10. Decent but impossible and below average and impossible...
Read moreSo many suggestions but I think the most important was the lack of labels on the food. People are kind of rushed in a line if there is somebody behind them so they pick up things thinking that it looks good but only to find out that those thingies are tomatoes, not little pieces of meat. Then you don't eat it and it's wasted food. What kind of soup was that any ways? I'd also like to suggest that the staff don't remove items as you are building your plate unless it's empty. For some reason they picked up the cheese when I was making my salad so that they could clean around it. They didn't put it back while I was there. The experience was rushed, we got our bill long before we were finished with dinner and asked if we wanted to go cups. How about just asking if we want a refill if we are still having dinner? I did appreciate that there was staff behind the buffet. That makes it a better dinning experience knowing that they are watching rouge children who have poor table etiquette. I didn't think the food was that good but there was something for everybody and it was a fair deal for the price. The cinnamon pizza was divine and the best part...
