Long wait, horrible parking, soda fountain out over over half the sodas. food took forever. whatever i wasnt that upset. they really put the sour taste in my mouth when i asked for a regular milkshake off the menu and just requested reeses in it. not complicated right? no other location has trouble with this. this is what they have to stand on as a chain, the famous milkshakes. well not here apparently. when i got my milkshake, it had chocolaye cookies in it... ?? ok one mistake, no biggie. they corrected it. second one comes out, still wrong, they put chocolate chips in it instead of reeses and the server lied and said she made it herself to ensure that it was correct. i said something again, still heing very nice and knowing they would fix it and were supper busy and its most likely a young kid back there overwhemed and swimming in orders. when i told her they put chocolate chips instead of reeses, she had already told me she made it herself. She takes the ones with chocolate chips back and comes right back and says oh well they said they did that because they were out of reeses and they didnt inform me and just threw something else in. This was very off putting, you cant really charge someone for something, make it incorrectly twice the whole time not giving them the option to choose the replacement. So after she took away the one with chocolate chips and came back informing me that they were out and whoever is back there is just doing whatever, and that theyre going to remake it. i immediately piped up. I saod can you just add peanut butter instead of the reeses. still being pleasant and nice and not even showing that I'm frustrated still understanding that its busy and its probably a kid back there and its not her fault. she says sure. by this time we are done our food and asking for boxes and i tell her to prepare the milkshake to go. I get home place it in the fridge, take care of a few things go back to get it before bed and.... you'll never beleive this THEY PUT PEANUTS imstead of peanut butter. some people may say its not a big deal. but its the fact i gave them 3 chances and still went home with something i dont like. I dont like peanuts in a milkshake because they all sit on the bottom and the texture is absolutely disgusting. i like peanuts by themselves. but not in anything whatso ever. i find it gross. so i ended up throwing out this one. thats 3 times they messed it up and its not even complicated. extremely disorganized and obviously they dont care enough to ask when they dont have something they just throw in whatever they think is close enough that you wont notice. kitchen staff need to be trained better and a better organized system needs to be put in place so that they can at least get it right on the THIRD TRY. I'll be calling tomorrow to let them know what happened and see if i can get a voucher for a free milkshake since i never got what i asked for after asking politely 3 times. was looking forward to it all night. Nifty Fiftys you dropped the ball and you wont be getting my business at this location again. You've...

Read moreMy first visit was for dinner, March 3, 2024. They were well staffed for that time, but both chaotic & complacent. The overall level of service needs to be rescued. The amount of staff was more than usual, but everything took too long. It was as though expedient & well organized are unfamiliar ideas. I'm familiar with the restaurant business, so I inquired if there was a "front of house" manager on-duty. I was told there was & asked if I wanted to speak with them. I asked if that manager was working as hard as everyone else & helping however possible. I was told they were. So, I declined speaking with them. It would've only slowed service for other diners. I enjoyed my meal that was served by a very nice server. I understand the cost of food has increased everywhere. But, I expected more for my money, especially more meat in my burger. My dinner included assistance from a polite, helpful busser. I only saw 1 individual working in that capacity. I think more would free more time for the servers, thus improve overall server & food times. Despite being in "weeds" 10 feet tall, my server was very calm, polite & helpful. The choice of restaurants was suggested by my friend. It's better than your fast food competition. However, I hope complacency doesn't allow that to remain as is. If I don't get better service in the future, I will not return nor suggest this restaurant to others. Since my food tasted good & my server was very nice, I left a 20% tip, as it wasn't at all her fault. If this business model is that of a franchise, I would consider investors look elsewhere. I've never seen so many busy employees "turning & burning" in vain, to the point many guests likely under tipped staff who depends on tips to put food on their family's table. Good work young folks. Owners & corporate - tighten your belts, buy 1 less Mercedes for your teenager. Try spending your time & your own money to pay for your friends, loved ones and family to eat there.. then, revisit, revise OR I'll probably see commercial real estate for rent, where I sat for my meal. (Sorry no photo of my burger.. I don't have a 20x zoom lens)
🤔 it's good for business optics to have a large number of people in spotless uniforms, with employees ready to change into another if they get soiled. As one might guess, no uniforms needed change & good optics don't equate to a good experience. It'd be nice to return sometime & notice positive change from the very polite &...
