Worst place to order chipotle in Absecon. Extremely rude employee. Wish I can put negative stars here. With no customer service knowledge.

This location needs to FIRE some of their employees or properly train them how to to talk to customer & provide franchisee standard service.

Server working there don’t maintain chipotle franchise standard to serving foods to their customer. nor they have manners to talk with customer. Very rude & arrogant staff

Store closes at 10pm everyday & I went there to pick up my meal at 9:30. all food was wrapped up inside freeze and they made my bowl so messed up put a lot of pico de gallo juice & throw whatever inside to complete my order. And didn’t close lid properly. Before I reach home at door it came off of bag.

Ordered in the app and pickup at the drive thru lane was quick and easy. BUTTTTT nobody in the area knows how to wrap a burrito properly.

This thing came out more like a softball and I couldn't redo it because the tortilla was torn. Because of the shape and I could only get certain things in certain bites, instead of the symphony of flavors I get back home.

I ordered two burritos, and honestly, I felt like I was getting Taco Bell value at Chipotle prices. Each burrito had maybe four tiny pieces of chicken, barely any filling, and left me wondering if portion control at this location means “give the absolute bare minimum.”

It genuinely feels like Chipotle is in a race to see how little food they can give while still charging premium prices. Every year, portions shrink while the prices skyrocket—at this point, I’m paying more for disappointment than for a meal.
