I was a Dunkinā Donuts manager, and you know I loved the culture of Dunkin. I walked into this facility. Very cool very clean smelled great extremely clean the young lady at the front cash register was a young woman very slim with dreads even though I see that Russell was on a ticket. This was not a gentleman name Russell. This was a young woman, very polite greeted me when I walked in. I gave her my order. Didnāt realize today was national donut day she reminded me that today was national donut day the one thing that I did not like, though is the gentleman who made my sandwich, walked up his nose with his hands, and then made my sandwich without washing his hands , thatās disgusting proceeded to put gloves on, but Iām also gonna get into the drink that I ordered. It was the small ice vanilla frosted donut made to freaking perfection perfection. The sandwich I didnāt eat. I throw it away, but the drink was made to perfection and the donut was soft. Iām not going to cause issues, but I am going to observe , please tell the gentleman to wash his hands when he comes from the back and continue to make food after wiping his notes that was disgusting. I ordered a small coffee with a shot and didnt receive the extra shot⦠it was presumed I was never charged for it which is understandable no problem.. but the attitude I was given by the āshift leaderā (female) was unacceptable.. when I asked to speak to the manager āsueā the shift leader yelled āthis lady wants to talk to you about meā to which the manager proceeded to give me an attitude as well as accuse me of āstealing a drinkā that was still on the counter. To which I thought was mine but it was indeed put back I would never nor have I ever stolen anything in my life. Sue did give me a refund for my order but I insisted I didnāt want one I just wanted better customer service. This was by far the worst experience Iāve had at Dunkin and Iām a loyal customer, itās a shame I spend my hard earn money there and get treated...
