Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Acworth

Horrible experience. Server quoted me a price for the special and specifically told me that the stuffed crust pizza was included in the special - then upcharged me for stuffed crust without telling me, just added it to the bill. Messed up the toppings so I didn't get the pizza that I ordered. Sodas came warm in a bottle - I had to ask for cups and ice (got paper cups.) Pizza came in a to-go box - I had to ask for plates (got paper plates.) Server never came back to table after delivering plates - I had to walk to the counter to get forks/knives (plastic.) Three other couples were the only ones in the restaurant while we were there. Two walked out without ordering. The third sent their pizza back once, then left without eating it because it was still wrong the second time - apparently so undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted. When I went to the counter to check out (remember, the server never came back) I told the guy at the counter about the overcharge and wrong pizza. He argued with me that the upcharge was correct, the server was new, that I was still getting a good deal, and they don't have meatball as a topping to which I pointed out that it's on the menu and he just said "well....um." It's a shame - one of the few Pizza Huts that still has a dining room but they've really...

Should have know better than to even go in when we were the ONLY car in the parking lot at dinner time. The place was deserted. It had the look feel of a place that had closed and sold off most of it's assets... but someone forgot to tell the employees. There was 1 (One) menu in the whole place and it was in such tiny print, I couldn't even read it. We started to order but I was getting the feeling that was going to be a mistake. When we mentioned drinks, we were informed that all they have are two leiters, we decided to just bail and go to an actual restaurant. What the heck happened to Pizza Hut? At this point - even a gas station out pizzas the hut. This place is PATHETIC! Guess someone might want to clue in the employees... I think whoever owns this joint has abandoned it.

To the owners - You NEED to pay attention to your Google reviews. Stop asking people to email you as we have ALREADY taken the time to tell you about the problems... If you can't get the picture from your reviews... I'm sure not going to waste more of my time typing this all up again. Clearly you don't care...

The day before Christmas 2024, around 5 pm, we were out finishing our shopping. When we finished, we were hungry and decided to order and pick up a pizza on our way home. It had been about 5 years since we got a pizza from Pizza Hut. My wife and I decided to give them another try. I installed the app and placed an online order for a meat lover's with extra sauce because we hate a dry pizza. I also added in the special instructions to please add extra sauce.

When we picked up the pizza, I looked at it, and it looked dry, so I asked if the pizza had extra sauce. The worker looked at me in my eyes and replied yes. I said it doesn't look like it, and he responded that it is under the cheese. Being tired and hungry, I accepted his answer and took the pizza home.

Low and behold, the pizza was extremely dry with hardly any sauce at all!

I then remembered why we stopped going to Pizza Hut!

Dry pizzas and employees that don't care!!

Now I see why they have recently filed for bankruptcy!
