Visited last Saturday as this was the favorite Taco Bell before Covid. As we were looking over the menu trying to figure out what we wanted we were rudely interrupted and told that we needed to order from the kiosk. Okay fine my mom only pays cash she doesn't use debit/credit cards so I paid as no one bothered to be at the register to take cash if we selected cash and no place that I saw on the kiosk to insert cash. Then we aren't given our drink cups for a while till they think and ask about it. They directed us to the kiosk to order and drink cups are behind the counter so how could we get our drinks when no one was up there to do their job? Then they just say here ya go and leave us to have to go get the cups even though it was their error. Tables were sticky and seats nasty. Even after getting a wet paper towel and wiping it down the table was still sticky. Employees sat on butts in dining room doing nothing and playing inappropriate music. When food was ready tortillas were cold and never heated. While insides were hot thankfully. Bathrooms were yuck and lock would either not lock or when did lock it would stick and you could not get out till you turned it 3 or 4 times. Employees finally got up and did something work related when a friend came in and they helped them by taking their order at the counter and giving them their cup at the counter right away and cutting up joking etc while they hung out at the counter. Must be nice to get that friend treatment. I did voice my concerns in bullet points through the survey you take online now and 1200 characters or less. Hopefully someone will read it and do something about...

I've dealt with having issues with my orders from this location many times in the past but continued to go because it's walking distance from my apartment. No more.
My fiance and I went to go through their drive-thru and were told to go inside to order because they were "switching the money". Okay, fine, no big deal. He sits in the car while I go in. Instead of taking my order, I get told to put my order in on a kiosk. Still fine, whatever. Put in my order and sit down at a table to wait. I waited while other people came in, ordered, got their food, and left. I waited while they reopened the drive-thru and completely served SIX CARS. Sitting there for so long gave me a chance to observe how nasty and disorganized the restaurant was/is though--trash on the floor, food on the floor, soda machine out of syrup, sauces everywhere. When they finally they called my name, it was only to tell me that they were out of "DLTs" (aka Doritos Locos Tacos) and were replacing it with a regular taco--so a waste of money for paying extra with no refund. FINALLY I get our food 35 minutes later and are able to leave. When we opened our food though, it was a dumpster fire. They were apparently out of lids for the power bowls, so they smashed it and wrapped it with paper. There was mmaayybbee a teaspoon of cheese for the nacho fries--literally ran out of cheese after four fries.

Read moreI don't usually bother to review places, but I have given this location so many chances and it has always disappointed. I understand that with Covid, these are difficult times, and I am more than happy to be patient as companies adjust. However, it's gotten ridiculous at this location.
A few weeks ago, I ordered ahead through the app. When I got to the drive thru, they didn't have my order. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but the employee was extremely rude about it. He was just like, "We don't have it." So I was like, "Oh, okay...well I already paid, so what should I do?" They told me to cancel my app order and just order at the drive thru. I asked if I would be refunded in the app, and the employee literally said, "I dunno, that's not on us." Okay, fine. I get it if the app has nothing to do with the store, but his attitude was just like, "Welp, too bad." I ordered at the drive thru and had to wait about 20 minutes to receive my order.
Yesterday, my friend and I ordered at the drive thru again. They told us to pull ahead and wait, so I did. After 30 minutes of waiting, my friend went inside to check on our order. They told her they forgot it. She asked for a refund so we could just go somewhere else, and they told her no. They went ahead and made our food, so she took it, but they called her "sir" for some reason, which was pretty rude. When we finally got our food, it was a sloppy, poorly made mess.
