Bojangles — Restaurant in Acworth

Store in Acworth, GA on the corner of Cherokee & Baker Rd....

Horrible experience!!! Last week I went and they messed up my order of the picnic family meal and Cajun bowl. Gave wrong pieces of chicken, skimp on fries, rice super sticky, and biscuits hard and extra brown!!!

Called and spoke with Jason, and after going in circles with him, ready to call corporate, he decides to replace the picnic family meal. He asked me to come right back. Absolutely NOT! He then told me to hold on to the food, until I bring it back to be replaced!!! Absolutely NOT! Really!

I go back today to get the replacement. They had about 5 workers standing around. Had to wait at counter a good 3-5 min, before being waited on, he says he did not see me. Yeah okay! Lol

He finds out my meal needs to be replaced and he talks to someone. They replace it, but I noticed that they serve ppl different in portion size. Must of been friends. Anyway, chicken still not good, most of fries are crunchy. I asked the Black guy, with blonde hair, how many honey packs did he give me. He was like 6...you got 6 biscuits, 6 honey!!! I'm not allowed to give anymore. Gtfoh being petty!!! I have received an entire bag of condiments from there before.

I been to that Bojangles numerous times, but they will never see me at that one again!!! Staff young, have no clue how to run business, manager clueless, girl at window just staring at me, big white boy acting lost at register, lil Mexican/Spanish boy over filling boxes with fries, but mine don't even get full. He filling they fry holder, and putting more in the chicken box.

Unprofessional is what that store is. I hope they all see my review. Makes no since to spend almost $40 and food not right. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Throw the whole damn store away & the employees working there!...

UPDATE BELOW AT 3RD Paragraph 7/18/17 The cajun biscuit i got. As far as the bread of the biscuit, it's seasoned properly and tastes good. The chicken part though, THAT tastes like a cartilage filled pieced of meat! It's the 2nd or 3rd biscuit i've got there that has this crunchyness INSIDE the biscuit! No, it's not the batter on the outside, its clearly on the inside. They're getting the "bottom of the barrel" pieces of chicken from their supplier to make their biscuits with!

I wont be back! We deserve better meat! Next time i want chicken biscuits i'll either go to Chick Fil A, or i'll go to the new Bojangles location in Woodstock. Today on 7/18/17 i drove by a Mc'D's to get to this place.. I ordered a ham and egg biscuit, The ham was TOUGH! The egg is MIA! Looks like a freshly run over biscuit!!! I've uploaded a picture of what I opened when i got to work. They were taking so long that two vehicles in front of me pulled out of the line AFTER THEY ORDERED! There was only one women and someone who thinks they know how to prepared food working. It's breakfast people! You arn't working for Chef Ramsey!!! It's BREAKFAST FOR the love of God!!!! GET IT RIGHT!!!!!!! These people are a constant disapointment and i can't imagine why they think they derseve...

7/15/23, 10:30 am - Worst experience at a Bojangles! We walked in and the manager on duty was taking orders - there was one person in front of us. When she finished taking her order, the manager walked over to one of the line employees and proceeded to begin arguing with him about not doing something she had asked him to do. We stood there for a good 5 or 6 minutes while she continued arguing with him. When she finally took our order, she was angry and clearly annoyed. She kept arguing with the employee while taking our order as well. We waited another 10-12 minutes to actually get our order. While we were waiting, we noticed the manager was packaging food - with a blue bandaid around her finger and no gloves. She was angrily packing the Bo-rounds and some were falling on the counter and she was picking them up and putting them back in the tray to serve to other customers. Needless to say, I did NOT eat the rounds. The sandwich was at least packaged by other line employees who were wearing gloves. Overall it was a bad experience and I will never come back to...
