STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
This place has historical horrible customer service. Alexander appears to not to be able to spell customer service, I’m not surprise that he can not offer it.
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
I am giving this post one star, mainly bc I have to, and for the employees that does attempt to make the customers, food and service to be presentable. I was told by Alexander that the bread that my wife and son wanted, would take 10 minutes to cool down before he could make the sandwich. Cool: We then started letting other customers go before us. Minutes later, another customer comes in and wants the same bread that my wife wanted. Alexander quoted her the same 10 minutes times frame that he quoted us. I then approached the counter and asked Alexander the $@?€¥ (you fill in your own narrative) , how is it that it’s going to still take 10 minutes for the bread to cool when we have been in your store for at least 5 minutes. I started to him that he should have quoted her a different time than what he quoted us. He said something. I said something back, he Alexander the $@&?!0 then told me to leave the store. I told Alexander that I am just trying to get clarity on how subway do their thing so I would be clear. I told Alexander that we have other stops and, I am just him that I was just trying to feed my family, and I just wanted to know how long it would take.
Alexander told me to leave his store, without giving me and reason and I did just that.

Read moreI went to this subway shop today. I placed my order, using the numbers by each sandwich. I would have thought that was how you ordered but the two people making the sandwiches had to be told how to make them. They didn't have a clue as to what each sandwich consisted of, I had to tell them, they didn't even look up at the menu. Why have a menu to order from if you have to tell them how to make the sandwich and what is on them? My order was 29.94, for two sandwiches, foot long, I gave the cashier, the same person whom made one of the sandwiches, a 100.00 bill and she told me abruptly that she could not take that. I saw no signage concerning the taking of 100.00 bills. Thankfully I had my debit card in the car. I went and got it and used that. The cashier was short with me and didn't thank me for my order or going to get my debit card. My friends sandwich was good, mine was so soggy with sauce by the time I got to my house, it was tasteless, it was not toasted long enough is my guess. The sandwich made me sick later in the night. I think the chicken was bad. There was a employee there cleaning and she was having issues with a leaking tea container, voicing her dissatisfaction loudly enough that customers were hearing...
Read moreFind here is good. The prep line seemed to rush us. My sister and I came in to order lunch - my vision was impaired and she was helping me order. The young lady seemed annoyed. She did not even let us girlish before going to the customer behind us. I had to tell her that we both are ordering. That seemed to irritate her more. Some of the items I wanted (olives, a particular cheese, etc.) this location did not have. Checking out was also a headache as the cashier also seemed to be rushing us. The customer behind us was a jerk as he could see I had a cane and getting help, but chose to hufff loudly and almost knocked me out of the way (entitled jerk); but we're all at Subway, really? This was not a positive experience at all. My thing is, my sister and I were polite and respectful throughout the negative experience. We deserve the same. She did want to go back and say something, I think this way is most effective. If folks don't like their job, leave and find something where you don't have to interact...
