McDonald's — Restaurant in Addison

If I could give this place less then one star I would. They are rude and disrespectful. 15 min ago I went in to get my children cheeseburgers with no pickles and no onions received the food checked it and they booth had the tag on it saying no pickles no onions. So we drove all the way home sat down to eat and booth cheeseburgers had pickles and onions. So I called the McDonald's store and they said unless I drive all the way back over there right now they could not do anything about it. I told them we lived 10 min away and they said "well we cant do anything unless you come back now". I worked at a McDonald's when I was younger from my freshmen year of high school through my freshmen year of college, had any of the employees acted so rude and disrespectful they would have been fired on the spot. We where all ways told the customers are all ways right no matter what and you do anything to make them happy. Had this happened when I worked there they would have taked down the customers name and number and order number and told them to return the next day and they would either reimburse them or give them the exact same meal the right way. This location needs new management, because when I asked for the owners name and number they refused to give it to me. This is not the only time we have had a problem at this store it was just the last straw. I hope the owner of this store sees this and does something about it. For our visit to this location we ordered through the official McDonald's app for mobile phones. The app confirmed that this location offered that delicious chocolate dipped ice cream cone! One downside to the app order was that some burger pictures were not displaying, this led me to order the incorrect Quarter pounder. We also ordered some of the app deals, which turned out to be super convenient. Ordering through the app is exact as you can customize the order in a detailed way. Once we got to the location we entered or parking number in the app, there is also an option to pick up through drive-thru or at the counter. Our wait in the tree-shaded parking lot lasted no more than 5 minutes. The order was expeditiously ready, exact, and delivered with a big friendly smile. The person that delivered our order was friendly and courteous which led to a pleasant small-talk convo. While we were waiting we snapped a picture of their "free breakfast for students during STAAR dates" which I strongly believe is amazing. Worth mentioning that this location offers a clean Play Place for the kids, since one or two close locations do not :-( Again, something else we really liked about this particular location is the tree shade in the parking lot. Waited abt 40 min . Went tthougb drive thru, waited abt 10 no one took my order then advanced yo thw next window, took my order and asked me to wait. Waited abt 15 min. Was in a rush so went in to see if they forgot my order. Asked the 2 people were there. The manager was very stressed.I inquire in my order and the mananager asked me to wait. I had mentiond the time I have been waiting and that I was to be in a meeting. He kind of ignore and kept calling the #s inside. Abt 10 mins after I asked him if is possible to give me anythin, a fry anything so I dont wait any longer and head my way... he ignored. And continue working so after 5 more min , I left bcs I have asked twice to give me anything. I understand the preassure they have with no staff but they should have mentioned when taking and paying for my order. I understand is not their fault, According to this person, He was the manager.
