Salad and Go — Restaurant in Addison

I ordered the Cobb Salad with Tofu. I wanted Ranch Dressing but they didn't have any. I had the Creamy Blue Dressing that came with the salad. The hard boiled egg was perfect but needed salt. I liked the fresh avocado that came with it and the three little tomatoes. The tofu was not great and I really didn't care for the taste of the dressing. The packet of dressing required scissors to be opened which was inconvenient while in my car. I happened to have a first aid kit with scissors so I was able to cut it open. The salad really needed more tomatoes and seasoning. I wish they had included salt and pepper packets with the meal. The lettuce was a spring mix and the bacon was okay. This is the best salad and Go within 20 miles. There's one other in Plano that's really good but it's just a little too far during lunch. There's a very nice lady that works the window of drive-thru who is always nice always friendly and makes going back that much easier cuz she seems to care about working. My order has been right every single time and I've been going to this one for the last year. They have yet to skimp on the food where is another one I've been to barely put any lettuce in which is kind of sad because it's a salad place. Although I’ve had multiple pleasant experiences with this location, after my most recent visit I had to post a review. I ordered a Caesar wrap to which the dressing tasted as if it expired long ago. I could not eat more than a few bites before it came back up later in the night. This is not the first time having issues with the Caesar wrap from this location specifically.
