Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Adel

I was visiting family in Adel from Milwaukee, and I go to scooters and order a matcha peach blender all but 3 or 4 days out of each month so I absolutely know the difference between the mango and peach. I had to go through twice for them to get it right and they tried telling me I had peach, and the second time I explained politely at the order box that I go to Scooters nearly every day and I definitely know the taste difference (as politely as possible cause I knew they’d be irritated I was back and there’s no easy way to say that without offending their efforts). The woman at the window was extremely rude that second time and forced a receipt in my hand. I could prove my purchase history on the app that says peach and I wasn’t keeping the other drinks so what was the point of that?? This location needs to learn better customer service, because repeat customers aren’t stupid, we know what our drink tastes like and being rude and trying to gaslight a paying customer who isn’t trying to keep the incorrect drinks and scam you guys feels...

I've tried to give feedback to be helpful via the surveys & get the same message you see as the response to almost all reviews "we will pass that along" but nothing changes for the best. It's actually gotten worst. There's only one person there that seems to know how to make any of their drinks correctly so if it's not a weekday midday it's like flushing your money into the toilet. This last time I ordered a Oreo Blender with an extra shot. I swear I got what looked and tasted like snow dirt. Tell me you would want to drink this little lone pay your hard earned money for it. Also why the attitude from the employees about not having whipped topping on it or on the reverse getting attitude for having it if your drink is made with non dairy substitute. I have been to this Scooter's several times. I get frustrated when I order an item but then I pull around to get it and it is not what I order. I ask for whip on top and go to hand it back and they will not add it even though I asked for it when I ordered it. They advise me they can put it in a separate cup for me. That does me no good when it is part of the drink. I also order pup cups and they don't add it to the order. I ask for it and they are like you need to pay for.
