The young lady assisting me today was great, I did the drive through so I cant speak on atmosphere. I decided to give this place a try as I'd never been to one. Unfortunately, this is probably due to inflation but I could not justify the money I paid vs what I received. I ordered a single bacon combo and paid $12.14. It came with the shoe string fries, the burger, and what they call a medium coke (its a large to me). The burger was FLAT, I guess I expected it to be more of a star of the show given the price being $11.19 for the meal. I asked for no pickles so I had a flat burger with mustard, onions, and thin microwave bacon pieces. The shoe string fries were fresh and hot so they were good. The drink was either a 24 or 32 oz so pretty big. I was going to get a scoop of custard on a cone but this was going to cost an extra $4 for a small cone so I decided against it. The food just wasnt worth the price tag. I grew up in an era where fast food was convenient as well as inexpensive. For the price of this meal, I surely could've went to aldis and bought all the ingredients to include real thick cut bacon, and paid less than $12 per person by the end with more appetizing food. This place is a teenagers paradise, somewhere to spend the money for people with no bills.

Was looking forward to trying the new Freddy’s in the North Augusta/CSRA area, but left with a more sour taste than a pleasant one. The immediate first impression set the mood for the entire experience. The girl taking our order was texting on her phone and not fully paying attention in between putting in the order on the kiosk. She was not discreet about it at all, you could see her right from the side texting on her phone and hovering it right over the kiosk. She did not seem to be enthusiastic about working here, which is not the kind of people you have working the front end of a new restaurant. The food did not lighten the mood either. Fries were very hard, similiar to the pik-nik or potatoe stix chips they sell at Walmart. Burger was disappointing as well. A disproportionate amount of yellow mustard was put on the burger which completely threw off the taste, the burger itself was extremely oily and greasy, even more-so than what you’d imagine from “fast food”, and the bun was oddly damp. The food was made and served fast, but you could have a better fast food experience at McDonald’s… and probably better service too.

Spent $17 on a meal and got nothing but 2 buns and a patty, no lettuce, tomato, Mayo, or bacon. I was asked if I wanted each of those and I said yes. My receipt doesn’t say leave the Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon off. It’s a very intentional action to hand off an order like this and I can guess why the drive thru woman and cook decided to do this. I’ll be back in the morning for a refund for my entire order. 3/5/25 UPDATE: Finally had a chance to go back to this Freddy’s to try and get a refund. Since the woman that worked that night wasn’t there with her petty and poor attitude, I accepted a remake of the food instead of a refund. 4/29/25 UPDATE: went back because I guess I like abuse. I ordered a simple concrete. After waiting for a bit through drive-thru, I received it along with a fork. A knife would have been better… So I could cut my wrist because what am I gonna do with a fork?

I've driven past this location multiple times, decided to stop in and have lunch with my dad today. We both ordered the jalapeno steak burger with shoestring fries and a soft drink. The food came out quickly, and went down even faster! It was a pretty good combination! The pump ketchup on the counter was empty, so we used the provided ketchup packs. Grabbing the tray of food, couldn't help but feel embarrassed because my butt was directly on the back of another diner's head- It's a little crowded inside. The floors seem to be "cleaned" with 10w-30 motor oil. Another customer mentioned to his elderly dad walking with a cane that the floors are slippery, and to be careful. In the bathroom, the light did not come on when I entered, and I had to grab an employee to figure out how to activate it. She walked in and waved her arms frantically to trigger the motion sensor. I almost went into a full split while trying to take care of business, as whatever is on dining room floor is also in the bathroom. Behind the building, and out of the side door there is some sort of black stain on the concrete, presumably from the buildup of whatever is on the tile inside. Overall, the food is just alright for what it is, I was hungry as heck as we had already passed up a few other restaurants to try this place. I'm not wanting to say I will never come back, but it's not a place I could see myself...

We have tried Freddy's twice now. First time we ordered on the app in the parking lot. Waited, went to get our food & went home. No onion rings & no cheese curds just fries. We paid extra for both!! Food wasn't the warmest either. Wasn't gonna complain since it was shortly after they opened. Went tonight, ordered in the app before we left the house. Gave us a time that it would be ready. Went to get it the food, hubby check to make sure it was correct, Wasn't. we ordered onion rings & cheese curds again. There was 2 cheese curds no onion rings. He had to explain to the worker more than once that it wasn't correct. Then asked where the conretes were. The employee had no clue, couldn't find them so they had to remakes them. Plus he has to continue to tell the staff what needed to go in them. As well as it wasnt made correctly after eating it. Do you not have a screen of orders to know if you have completed it or not?!?!?! Waited way longer for a mobile order than what we should have. I should NOT have to check my bag everytime before I leave your establishment to make sure my food is correct & all there. I saw numerous people walking back in with their bags. I understand its new & alot of customers are coming to try it but if you don't have the right training or the right management to train those staff you will definitely fail. I think I will make the longer drive...
