When you drive up to this place and you see this sign you should know what to expect … employees with attitudes and management that is failing to manage. I recently went there to dine in. The seemingly only employee, Amanda, was way in the back preparing food. She was bothered that she had to deal with me. She refused to accept my order unless I gave a phone number. Everything she did or said was obstructive and rude. She even told me when I swapped my drink from a regular to a diet that what I did was illegal. I have never in my life been treated as badly as this in a dining establishment. Apparently, Amanda does not value her job and does not want to be employed at Marco’s. It appears that this attitude is a result of a lack of employees due to mismanagement. Interestingly, as I drove away, what seemed like an employee was hanging around out back smoking. Perhaps that was the delivery staff. With employees like that, this place is doomed. Apparently, the General Manager, Amanda Meals (hopefully not the same Amanda) is not up to the job. Feedback is not wanted. The back of the receipt has pre-printed information regarding feedback indicating that directions are on the front (printed in the store). There are no directions printed on the front. I called the corporate headquarters after a lengthy search for the phone number. All you can get there is a menu with an opportunity to leave a voice mail. I did and there was no return call. There are too many pizza places around with good product and good service to put up with this.

If you want good customer service don't go here. If that doesn't matter, the pizza was very good. The young lady at the pick up window was sitting on a stool and also using her vape right at the window. I thought maybe she had an injury or something and that's why she was sitting but she got up and got my pizzas after I waited in the pick up line for 25 min.

Tonight was a TERRIBLE experience as a new customer. This is my third time ordering from here. I made my order online around 7:30. Got here around 7:50 (after I got an email at 7:42 stating my order was ready) the girl who came to the window stated that it would be 5 minutes, I waited another 15 minutes. Got home and was not satisfied with my order. I know pizza will have some form of grease, but both my pizzas were very greasy, too brown on the bottom, and very thin, I did not order thin crust. So I called to let them know about it and they said they will re make it. I got there and it was a whole issue. They said they will remake both. Then a minute later you see several employees coming up front laughing and playing around the pizza looking in the boxes and then tell me I have to keep one because it suppose to be made this way after 5 people have touched my food. I told them I didn’t want it. One guy comes to the window showing me a thin crust going back and forth with me about what’s thin crust and what isn’t and that pizza is suppose to be greasy. I than asked could I please get a refund? They said I can get store credit. I told them I didn’t want store credit because at that point I don’t even want to do business there anymore. The manager is talking from the back sending messages by employees instead of speaking to me herself. She then comes to the window & as I begin to talk she shuts the window in my face. Sent another guy to the window to tell me it’s been refunded, so I asked for a receipt showing that it’s been refunded. As anywhere else would give you a receipt for a refund. I waited 10 minutes. Called the store phone and the girl stated she was waiting on her manager. I asked how long would it take and she hung up the phone in my face. These kids really called the police on me and told me I cursed at them and I refused to leave. Not one time was I asked to leave by anyone at all. I just simply wanted a refund because they were refusing to redo my order. I will be sure to visit this location in the morning and ask for corporate number. Because this is not how you run a business. There is a place and a time to play. And over people food is not one. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life. If I wasn’t satisfied with my order it’s always been remade or a refund giving with no issue. This store needs new...

After returning home from out of town we were grocery shopping and my husband stated how he would love a good thin crust pizza. I told him our office orders in from Marcos and it’s the best! We called and ordered two large thin crust pies. I arrived promptly at the designated time to hear that my pies were ready. When I looked in the box , only one was thin, but the one for my husband was not. I told the cashier we had ordered both as thin. She and another employee who I can only assume was the manager ( she was in a black shirt, all others were wearing green)asked me what I wanted her to do, and did I want her to remake the pizza. I sighed and said, yes he wanted thin. I went ahead and paid for the pizzas.I was frustrated as we had a car full of groceries, but I understand that mistakes happen. Never ONCE did either employee apologize for the mistake. I said “yes remake it, and the manager said she would put the thin pizza under the warmer while they remade the other one.I said, I’ll go outside and let my husband know what happened.We sat in the car for about ten minutes and I returned inside and asked about how long it would be and was given curious looks. The manager said... we didn’t know you wanted it remade, we thought you were going outside to call him. ( Remember I had already PAID for two pizzas) By then I was beyond irritated but still never made a scene.AGAIN NO APOLOGY!! I returned to the car and told my husband. We drove around to the drive through to wait by the window, and was told to wait unless a vehicle came up behind me and then to just pull up and they would bring it out to me. A car pulled up behind me so I decided to just go back insideand when I did the guys in the back were nodding towards me and whispering to the manager. She brought me the pizzas and said “Here you are” NO apology, NO offer of a reduced price for my troubles, NOTHING!! I work in an environment where customer service is paramount and MORE important than the quality of the product !! I love the Marcos pizza but was EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of concern for what was clearly a mixup on the part of the employees, and a clear lack of concern about my experience at their restaurant, which is located on Silver Bluff Road in Aiken...

Not one to ever leave reviews but tonight will be the exception. Ordered was placed around 6:40pm on Sunday with a 30min delivery time through the Marcos app. An HOUR after being ordered, called to check on delivery time and was told someone would be at store to pick it up. Food was delivered at 8:10, minus an item. The store did not have drivers and instead DoorDash was used through the store. Not that big of an issue, however; when the store was contacted instead of taking responsibility for the missing item, correcting the issue or even refunding the money:

  1. Was asked if item was even on the receipt, said yes but was still questioned.
  2. A manager was then placed on the phone suggesting the driver be contacted to come back and get item or we come to the store.
  3. Being unavailable to pick up item ourselves, we were then made responsible to contact driver. When pointing out that the responsibility should not be on our shoulders, the situation escalated to a ridiculous place. ….

-Was told I could get salad at midnight because that was when the manager got off and she would bring it. -Was asked if I wanted to fill out an application to drive/ deliver for them. -Was argued with after I agreed to call the driver to see if they would come back to pick up item and then told I would not get item even if driver came back -Was then told my money would not be refunded to me because I was offered solutions and that wasn’t one of them. (Even though I ordered from the Marcos app and NOT DoorDash) -Was given regional managers information, was told they don’t answer numbers they do not recognize. Needless to say, so many things could have gone differently. As our family is currently grieving a loss, this should not have been the last thing I had to deal...
