McDonald's — Restaurant in Aiken County

I hate this place and the ratchet workers!! I mean...... Rude... Can't place an order without being rushed or cut off. It's not all of them.... About 95% of them. If my kid didn't love happy meals, I would never go!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!!!

I tried them again last night(2-21-22), because....well why not. They gave me food to the car in front of me, and then gave me the same bag. When I went through the bag, the burgers were unwrapped like they checked them before giving the bag back. I just threw the entire order in the garbage. I have never been more disgusted. Still ZERO STARS!!

Still hate it!!! (9-27-22) Got all the way home with unsweetened tea. That was my fault. You ALWAYS take a sip before you even leave the drive thru!! Lol. Ugh!

Ok (02-22-23) I just can't. Shot over there quickly on my lunch break to grab a mobile order for the kids. Paid on the app like always. For whatever reason, it only showed partial payment on their end. My total was 22.68 but 31.27 came out of my account. I understand how pending charges work and how they fall off.....that wasn't my issue. I am asking what is going on that it is out of my account but didn't make it to you, I've never had that happen. There were 3 ladies at the window. One with braces who appeared to be new....SUPER sweet. Another one with an apron. Super nice. One of them was like let me get Ash. ASH was a complete &$@$*. I didn't even get to say anything to her before she slammed the window and I heard her say I don't care, we don't have our money she isn't getting any food. Be that as it may ASH, there certainly is a better way to address it. She comes back and says you need to move. You holding up my line. You gotta come inside. Ummmm, no maam. I gotta unload the kids and all. I came to the drive thru, someone can come to my car and talk to me. She mumbled something else and slammed the window, so I didn't move. The nice girl came back, Apologized and asked me to pull up so I did. Some man came out with a picture of the screen showing me exactly what they already said. I didn't ask for that. I'm just asking yall what is going to happen because at this point I am out of food and money. That ASH with the super long nails and messy red weave needs to be fired expeditiously!! I will go back if the charges don't fall off my account!

Update....it DID NOT fall off, it posted and they still wouldn't do anything, so I just disputed it with my bank and they refunded my account. Absolutely...

Saturday, August 10, 2024...2:36 p.m.-- KS #13--I came through the drive-thru with my 3 grandchildren and purchased $34.00 worth of food. They charged for an extra cheese burger that I didn't order, but I didn't say anything about that. The price of a fish filet meal has gone up to $10.49 which in my opinion is very pricey. I was rushed to move forward and told they would bring my meal out to my vehicle. When the girl brought it out, I asked if the bag had any ketchup in it and the girl looked at me like I was retarded. I asked if she could get me some and she turned around and went back in the store and never came back out. After waiting about 5 minutes, I backed up to the drive-thru and asked the girl if the other girl was going to bring out the ketchup I had requested. She said, " If you don't get it at the window, we don't have to." I ask who her manager was and she said she didn't know and closed the window in my face. I drove around and asked an employee standing outside who the manager was and he told me. I will be calling the store on Monday to speak with Sonya, the General Mgr. This is unacceptable. I worked as a manager at McDonalds many years ago, and unless their standards have changed, they are not supposed to treat...

I went here several times to get my food and I feel like the employees do not communicate really well because I will have one person take my order repeat it back to me and I get nothing I paid for I pay for exercices extra cheese on my food and I never receive in the bag the line is always extremely long so to have to wait for it again isn't worth dealing with your employees. I am leaving this review because I waited 23 minutes last night for a 20 piece chicken nuggets they were fresh but they were smashed in the Box in the bottom of the bag and had no sauce when I paid for 5 extra sessoine sauce I was literally a most in tears when I got home because I worked all day and it was late at night and I get home my food is not right and it's hard to check the bottom of the bag because I'm driving and I'm tired and sauce was last thing I wanted. when I got to the last window they told me how do you want those sauces you order and what kind because they were putting them in the bag before the nuggets were done so the sauces would already be in the bag how did I not get my sauces ....??someone doesn't care someone doesn't pay attention and You're not doing your job plain and simple I also have my receipt So if a manager would like to contact...
