I've visited this Mcdonald's very often for awhile now. In years before, the establishment was very nice, but now currently it seems to be headed downhill. In the past 3 months I've visited, and it seems the establishment has employees working there that are not there to do their job, or always playing around, instead of worrying about the ultimate goal, which is to serve the customer. One experience I had was walking into the establishment and standing at the front counter for about 10 mins waiting on someone to take my order, mind you everyone was standing just behind the counter, near the drive thru/fryers, and they were talking, but also turned around a looked at me and the lady that was standing in front of me, as if we were just standing there because we had nothing better to do. And even after standing there waiting patiently, it still took someone five more minutes to finally come over and take our order, that is very displeasing. I tend to go to that mcdonalds a lot being that it is the closest one to me, I tend to always get chicken nuggets, but it seems my last 5 visits there, the chicken nuggets are not fresh, and I always get handed chicken nuggets that have been sitting in the heat chute well past their time duration that they still deemed good to be served, which is unacceptable. I've gone there and have ordered fries on multiple occasions and have gotten fries that are either over cooked or refried (and yes I know what refried fries taste like, I use to work for a fast food chain back some years ago), this is also unacceptable. Another thing I've walked into this establishment, and mind you I'm a very understanding person, but to walk into this establishment and have to swat FLIES, because there are just that many, should not be. I understand they can get in through the door, but they were literally flying everywhere, and no one seemed to be concerned about them. I saw just the other day on facebook, that a fly ended up in someone's tea because one got into the tea, but understand that the problem was corrected by more tea being made, but still that should not have happened. I've gone through the drive through, and it seems some of the employees are very undertrained to take orders in the drivethru, being that I've had to repeat my order multiple times not only at the speaker, but at the window, but not to mention my girlfriend goes there, and one of your employees insist on trying to "talk to her" or as I would consider it "harasses her" because this has happened on multiple occasions, and enough is enough. I use to like this McDonalds, but now myself do not prefer to visit this...
Read moreI just left here at 12:50am on 8-7. When we pulled up to order there was a female employee standing outside smoking and a car sitting at the ordering station waiting. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the car in front of use to place their order. After 10 minutes the lady smoking went in and I could hear a woman say she was sorry for the wait to the car in front of us and finally took their order. We ordered 2 meals both large, 10 chicken nuggets, which were supposed to come with 2 sauces, we also paid extra for 10 sweet and sour sauces, and a few other things. When we got our food 2 of the fries were medium while our drinks were large. And there were 0 sweet and sour sauces in the bag. So we went back to let them know we got the wrong size fries and no sweet and sour. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get to the window when there were only 4 cars ahead of us. There were 5 but the wait was so long that someone who had already ordered got tired of waiting and drove away. When we got to the window the guy who was there was trying to be helpful and listen to what we were saying, he took back the medium fries and was trying to help, but the lady who took our order kept interrupting him and then made him move so she could be in the window. She told us that we did not order large meals, but we said both the meals are large twice, and that since we didn't pay for large she couldn't do anything. We told her we would pay the difference so we could have our large fries which she continued to argue that she couldn't do that. So we just drove away. Without our fries or the 12 sauces. I will never return to this McDonald's again. If you are hungry for McDonald's go to the one on York...
Read moreI’m so sorry to have to do this to this restaurant, as they have ALWAYS been more than helpful and they are almost always on point. If they aren’t, they fix it right away and acknowledge their mistake. Which is exactly why I continue to visit McDonald’s on whiskey road for my coffee in the morning. That is, until today.
I got a large hot coffee, hazelnut, with 7 creams and 7 sugars. When I got it to the car and took a sip, it was flavorless and had clearly been missing the extra cream and extra sugar. Not a big deal at all, especially because I was right down the street.
I came back to the restaurant to have my corrected.. as I stood at the counter waiting to be helped, a young employee with blonde curly hair and dark skin came over to me. It was very apparent that she was irritated already, but that’s not a big deal at all… when I explained what was wrong with the coffee and if someone could please remake it for me, I was met with a sarcastic eye roll as she grabbed the tray of creamer and sugars and said “well u wanna add some more then”??? So I explained to her that the hazelnut syrup is almost a dollar extra, and I don’t see any hazelnut flavoring in the tray of cream and sugar. Also, I come to restaurants like this in the morning for my coffee because of the convenience. If I want to make my own coffee, I will do so in the comfort of my own home. I am really disappointed in McDonald’s in whiskey road. I’ve never been here and left in any other way other than happy and welcomed. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for this visit.. I won’t be getting my coffee from here for a...
