Pelican's Snoballs Aiken SC — Restaurant in Aiken County

Just left this location and ordered a $3.50 clear cherry snowball. The young lady at the window asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the card and I said no thank you. She then says “ooohhh 0 for 2”, and starts laughing with her coworker. Not sure why but they just opened and I can only guess she meant zero out of two cars declined leaving a tip. Very unprofessional and rude to let the customer hear you say that and to laugh about it. My daughter said when she got to the bottom she couldn’t taste any cherry flavor. Which leads me to think because I declined a tip you made it like you didn’t care. 0 out of 10 and I will not...

They have good snow cones, but they are way over prised. $5 for a large cup of shaved ice with some flavor is ridiculous. I came from Arizona, and they used the same snow cone machine and flavers there, but their products are half the cost.

You guys would sell a lot more and make up the difference in revenue and actually probably make more revenue if you lowered your price to make it more affordable for the average person. The snowcone place I would get them from in Arizona was always busy because their prices were affordable and...

Great location with a drive through. Beautiful, newer building with plenty of room. Not as many "specials" as the North Augusta location.

Prices are higher for the exact same product as those sold in North Augusta. Same county and state.

The teenagers working this location don't seem to have the same customer service training the other locations' employees get. They're not bad, they're just not great compared to other locations.
