I placed an online order for curbside pick-up on West Martintown Rd. I followed directions and clicked “I’m here” as instructed online. After waiting in the car, I still had to enter inside to pick up my order. Once I entered, I was told that they don’t bring the food out and people usually come in or use the drive thru. I read them the directions posted online. If you all do not have curbside, please let that be known prior to someone placing an online order. If I have never been to this location, how would I know to use the drive-thru for curbside purposes...especially if there is not any signage providing those instructions? The purpose of curbside was for me to stay in the car, not to come inside. If I wanted to come inside or use drive thru, I would have done so or even gone to a different restaurant. I wouldn’t have used the curbside feature. If subway isn’t going to follow certain protocol at this location, they probably shouldn’t advertise it! You don’t have to do curbside but if it’s advertised and someone uses this feature, follow through! No one even attempted to come to the car or inform me that although curbside is an option online, it was not here. It been a while since I have eaten here & I'm not sure if my favorite sub make Erin still works here, but I went in today to get my subs & Kaylin wanted to rush through making my subs when I asked her to slowdown she told me their was other customers behind me asif I wasn't a paying customer & didn't seem to care rather my order was made correctly & pushed me off to the other team members that didn't seem to understand how to make a sub the traditional way like you make a sandwich at home. Which left me to get just 2 of my subs. These 2 team members need to be made aware that occasionally you get a customer that don't want their sub made the subway way & its their job to accommodate the customer request because it's all paying customers that keep them employed. I was able to seamlessly via the app do two orders (didn’t know 2 additional people were coming) My crew loves the Hot Shot, Meatball, and Ham subs. There’s almost always a promotion going for some discount either the 6.99 sub or 17.99 for 3. This subway has renovated and definitely improved so much! All of our sandwiches were perfect, from the “less Ranch” and “more lettuce and less spinach”. Our food was ready before we arrived and the staff was quick to acknowledge us.
