Awful. That's the only word I have to describe this location, their food, and much of their staff.

After several back to back issues with order accuracy and quality I am confident in saying you should avoid this place at all costs.

The company has great food and I have enjoyed their sit down restaurants many times. The issue here is strictly with this location.

I was shorted items on an order. Called, was told a credit would be provided under my name. Fast forward to another time we decided to get our missing item and place another order. The store (specifically Mercedes) told me no credit was documented for my name. I assured her I had the receipt and spoke with someone and was told it would be taken care of.

I then asked to cancel my online order and was told it was not possible. Mercedes told me I was wrong about the credit and that she wasn't going to argue and hung up on me.

Upon getting my online order, I was missing yet another item on the order. My wife called this time and got a "manager" who didn't provide their name but they told us it was impossible we were missing an item because they had two people check the order. After stating that was yet again w ong, the store "manager" said they were done arguing and ALSO hung up on us!

I'm getting the message loud and clear now. Do. Not. Eat. Here. You'll regret it,...

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been hesitant on ordering because of all the other negative reviews but I figured I’d give it a shot because who knows. Biggest mistake ever. We got the 20/20 bundle but only received 10 boneless and 15 traditional so 15 missing wings. They also forgot an entire large fry that I ordered in addition to the bundle. When I called to get it refunded, the lady named Tara told me that once the order is placed, it is automatically routed to DoorDash even though I ordered through their website. It doesn’t show on my DoorDash to get a refund but they would not give me one from the store either. I was then told if I'm signed in on the website, I can check my order history and figure it out from there however, I wasn’t signed in. She said she doesn’t know then. When my boyfriend called back she explicitly told him “once the food leaves the store, it’s not their problem” despite their staff forgetting the items. Forget the fact that the food was complete garbage. There was no seasoning on my wings at all (lemon pepper dry rub) and the hot BBQ was not hot BBQ. In hindsight, I should have listened to all the negative reviews! Do not eat here!! No...

First, I never leave public reviews and definitely never get upset over mistakes made by restaurants but this time I feel like I have no choice. The rudeness we experienced at this location was shocking to say the least.

On 10/4/22 we made a dinner purchase at this location. We were not given our mozzarella sticks in the amount of $7.99. We contacted the location and were told they would provide them to us at no charge on our next order.

We placed an $80 order tonight, 12/3/22, online then contacted the store to request our replacement mozzarella sticks. Mercedes refused to honor the free mozzarella sticks and argued with my husband who then requested our $80 order be canceled. She refused to cancel our order and refused to provide her name again to verify we had correct information. She then hung up on my husband.

My daughter just got home with our order and was given no receipt.

EDIT: WE DID NOT RECEIVE PART OF OUR ORDER TONIGHT AS WELL. I JUST CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO TOLD ME THE ORDER WAS CHECKED AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN IT. WHEN I CONTINUED TO EXPLAIN WE ARE MISSING GARLIC PARMESAN, THE MANAGER...
