Dunkin' — Restaurant in Akron

This location is absolutely horrible and I will be contacting the BBB. I placed an order for snackin bacon and loaded hash browns. While I completely understand the bacon isn’t supposed to be SIZZLING HOT, this food wasn’t even lukewarm! Very old the syrup had even dried up white and it was completely burnt! I go back in and request for it to either be made over or a refund. The heavyset Dunkin worker took the bacon and asked what was wrong with it. I told her it was old and burnt, she tries to argue saying that’s how it’s cooked and it’s not supposed to be served (according to her) even remotely warm. I tell her I don’t want to argue about it and if it is going to be an argument I’ll take a refund. She continues trying to explain and I tell her just refund me, while we are going back and forth about how much she owes me at the cash register, a nice employee (I’m assuming the cook) walks behind her reaches over her and hands me a fresh bag of the snackin bacon (hot & fresh) so I said to the employee that argued “I thought it was supposed to be cold” she responds back “well she just made it she just took it out the oven” I say EXACTLY it’s not burnt nor is it old and covered in old syrup ITS FRESH! So we start going back and forth AGAIN and another employee starts screaming at me telling me to leave and taking up for the other employee. Pointing her finger reaching over the register almost to the point where we got physical. Both employees were EXTREMELY unprofessional! I let the employee know this all could have been avoided had she just did what I asked instead of arguing with me the first time! The woman that tried to argue me down was bigger with an unkept Afro, seems as if she gives people an issue all the time. I will not be returning to this location and staff at this location definitely needs to be looked more into! They are going to run this location...

a few days ago I stopped in. I came in the store was a mess, but there was a young lady attempting to sweep. Neither her or the young lady behind the counter greeted me when I walked in. neither smiled when I spoke to them. after ordering I went to the restroom while my husband and daughter waited for our order. the girl servicing us once again looked as if she hated her job and did not want to be there. She was not listening to what donuts we were Picking. instead she kept saying “we don’t have those” I kept having to point out that they indeed had the donut I was asking for because I was looking right at it. I received a few huffs and puffs from her. Then she moved on to make our drinks. We ordered iced coffee and she made us hot coffees. No biggie mh husband corrected her and told her that is not what we ordered: she then replied with an attitude that she made the right order and she would not make the new ones. My husband asked for the manager and she told us no. come to find out there were no managers on site. And she stated she could not give us a refund. the girl who was once cleaning did give me the managers number and I called and spoke with her. eventually she did have the girls refund my money. I asked for corporate’s number to which the manger told me she did not know and she would call me back with it. It’s been about 4 days now and I still have yet to get a call back with corporate number. I will never go to this...

I ordered my charli cold foam coffee per usual since it's been out with oat milk instead of whole milk like always. The manager Shatoria was rude and said "we can't substitute anything in the charli, like if your allergic to dairy you know there is dairy in Carmel and the cold foam to right!?" I never said anything about being allergic to dairy. I told her I just didn't know you couldn't do that because I always get it like that and no one has said it was a problem. She was very rude . Also when we finally got our drinks there was no cinnamon in the drink I asked for some because that's my favorite part and the older lady (idk her name) that works there which is always rude rolled her eyes and said wow and gave me cinnamon. Then Shatoria yells across the whole store saying "my bad I follow the rules and we can't change the celebrity drink" when I did not even say anything. They also gave us a bacon sandwich when it even says sausage on the receipt. All the other employees besides those two are amazing by the way. Shatoria is always rude, need a...
