KFC — Restaurant in Akron

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!! Even though this place is New, doesn't mean they care . . . BECAUSE THEY DON'T! I placed an order for my daughter last night through the KFC APP. The only correct items were the stickers used for the order and the drink. I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal, upon which I received 4 chicken fingers with mashed potatoes and gravy. The bag was sealed tight when I picked it up. I called them once my daughter opened the bag of a completely wrong order. I called and acknowledged that they were closing soon and asked how can this be rectified. The only answer I got was, "Since you ordered through a third party app, you have to contact them for a refund". "What about the food?" I asked. No Response! So I said quite a few choice words and hung up. If you can't read, please let your job know that you can't read so that you're not inconveniencing everyone. If you need more training please ask. Situations like this shapes a person's outlook on your business and what is said about that experience to everyone else. I was fortunate that the KFC APP Customer Service was more comprehending of their job and Refunded me. Thank you KFC APP and so much for having a closer KFC location...

Disgusting found hair in my sandwich Root still attached!! I went on my lunch so I called to let them know. The guy was not apologetic at all. His name was Devon. I told him I didn’t have time to come back for the sandwich. He was very rude and stating I just need to bring the sandwich back when actuality I didn’t even want the money back or anything. I suggested hair nets seeing as this is the second time I have something happen at this exact location ! Smh he didn’t care he over talked me and got irritated! That’s so gross! I decided to dine in at KFC this time instead of going through the drive-thru, and I’m glad I did. The restaurant was clean, the dining area was well-kept, and I was greeted right away when I walked in.

I ordered a 3-piece combo and it came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor—just what I was hoping for. The sides were fresh too, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. You can tell they take their time to keep the food quality consistent.

The staff was polite and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. It felt more like a sit-down experience than fast food, which was a nice surprise.
