Recently, I visited this location. I placed an order online. When I walked in, I was not aware of this location's online order pick-up requirements. I got in line behind a family that was ordering multiple subs, slowing down the line due to not knowing what they wanted. There were two workers on the line and they looked confused as well, which didn't help for line production. The person who I suspected was the manager on duty was looking frazzled and in and out from the front. When the line started to pick up some, she nor the other two employees stated once to myself or the others in line that they would be with us in a second. I honestly wouldn't have minded if they stated out loud if anyone was picking up an online order here's where to pick it up at just so that you didn't have to stand in line long. I stood in line for about 10-15 mins and became upset. The customers behind me were getting impatient as well. Since I could agree with them, I reluctantly stated to a customer that all I was there for was an online order and she told me herself where I could pick it up at. Thanks to her for telling me because if she didn't, I would've still been standing there. I got my secured order, went home and discovered that my bread for the two footlongs were toasted and this was not requested by me. Read moreUsed the subway app and it sent my order to this store instead of the one I was next to. The app is horrible, this is actually the second week in a row it did this. No other food app keeps sending my order to the wrong store. It said this store was .3 miles away when it was more like 20. I just saw the distance and thought I was ordering at the closest one.
Anyway, I tried to cancel my order. The app wouldn't let me, the website it directed me to told me to call the store.
So I did, and got a rude response when I told them of the mistake and asked them to cancel the order. The lady said they couldn't and that I had to do it from the app. I told her the app told me to contact the store. I know they can void the transaction because the previous time this happened they did it. She told me to call back in later after she asked about it. So 15 minutes later I called back and was told the owner also said it couldn't be canceled. I know that's lies because this same thing happened last week to a different Subway and they could fix it. I asked them to void my transaction, told them if they don't I'd have to dispute it, and then her tone got snobby and hung up on me. My mistake for leaving a tip.

I just had to post a review today because of the stellar experience I had. Oftentimes I’ll order through the app and it’ll be fine. However there are times where there are issues with the app. Today, I had placed an order for a 6 inch spicy Italian and a footlong bacon chicken ranch. The app glitched and I didn’t realize until after my husband picked up the order that the order was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with a very sweet associate who let me speak with the manager, Amanda. Amanda understood the situation completely and didn’t give me a hard time at all, even allowing us to keep the incorrect footlong and making the footlong we originally wanted free at no charge.
