This place has horrible service every single time that I ordered from there I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours for my food but the last time that I ordered from there I ordered a pizza cheese sticks a salad and a 10-piece chicken dipper well two and a half hours later when the driver finally arrived he came without my chicken which is what I really wanted so I called back and spoke with the man who I believe was named James who told me that he was a manager and that he was going to leave oh note so that my chicken could be replaced because the restaurant was already closed by the time they showed up with the order I placed at 9 o'clock... PM so when I went to order tonight I spoke with the man who said he remembered forgetting my chicken and that he was the delivery driver that night but that he couldn't apply the chicken to my order because he was not a manager so I had to speak with a manager to approve this but not before him asking me my number and confirming my number with my address so when I speak to the manager he says he has no order ever in the system for my phone number when I've ordered from there on more than three occasions maybe I'm stupid because they failed me every time but they're the only ones who stay open this late in my neighborhood so I asked him to look up my girlfriend's phone number he didn't have a order ever in history for that number either so then I said will sir the man I just spoke with states that he remembers forgetting my order also he was able to pull up my address by my phone number which is how places that you order from identify you well then he proceeded to tell me that they have caller ID and that's how they seen my address even though my phone number isn't registered to this address because it's a cell phone not a house phone also because this isn't the 90s so caller ID is only going to show the phone number so I asked him how is this fair that I've paid my money for something that I never received he said well it isn't fair but his hands were tied and then he hung up on me so heed my warning I don't care how hungry you are don't order from here They take forever and they don't honor when they mess up and then they lie to cover up their mess ups I never received my refund and I also never received my chicken also after leaving this long drawn-out review I'm going to call back tomorrow until I get results because it's not about the chicken or the money it's...
Read moreOrdered curbside. Got there, parked in front of the curb side sign, checked in that I was there by e-mail. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then decided to call to make sure they knew I was there. I waited five minutes on hold, someone answered and then I immediately went back on the hold line. I decided to walk in (despite it being curb side order). I was very frustrated. Told the guy at the desk that I had been waiting for 15 minutes. He listened. I said I wanted a discount or to speak to a manager. He walked away not saying a word. I mentioned again that I needed to speak to a manager and he pointed to a young girl standing there, listening and not saying a WORD. I told her she needed to come to the counter to handle me, the customer. She did begrudgingly and with no apology. She said they no longer have the e-mail and that I have to call. I said I did and was on hold for 5 Minutes. She said they were busy and yet person after person walked out ahead of me with orders. You have time to take five seconds to walk an order out. My order had been sitting there the WHOLE time! Ridiculous ,unprofessional and upsetting. I plan to call corporate as well.
This is the second time this has happened. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was terrible customer service.
You need to update your customers when you no longer utilize emails. You also need to remove the curbside sign if you are not going to use it for its purpose. Lastly, get management or supervision that knows how to properly manage employees, step up when a customer has issues and learn to...
Read moreI can not believe the way the employee responded to my question about what specials they are offering this weekend....the employee's response was the same ones we always offer! This was my first experience dealing with Marco's Pizza so I told him that was not the way he should address a new guest and I hung up the phone I ordered online from the same pizza spot knowing I shouldn't have but I did and my pizza arrived an hour later two pizzas were cold and the chicken bites was cold as well. I got in my car and returned everything to get rude treatment by the management like it was my fault that they delivered me cold food I took my $30 I have spent with them got my money back and took it to a different pizza spot and receive great service hot pizza and hot chicken.... I wonder how many more guests and how much more money this owner has lost due to poor service, service is top priority and I would have dismissed the service being poor priority if my food would have been hot!!!
