Apparently because I got food with mold on it and "garlic parmesan" bread bites with NO garlic or parmesan on it. Just look at the picture. According to the manager working on 5/18/24 from 12:30-1:30pm,, I am just complaining. The pictures will show what I'm talking about... What I did wrong was doing business at the #5390 store. I have had problems in the past but many times the food was good. Apparently that's when they had a manager that gave a damn about the customers. The lady manager insisted it was my fault and I have complained too much in the past. I have probably called in three or four times in the last 10 years. Apparently one complaint is too many. She would not refund my moldy salad nor a refund on the parmesan bites. Buyers be worn this location has the worst manager (who is probably a kid) that has no regard for paying customers. Hopefully this review will make things better for that store and for the customers. In the past nothing has come of it they just want to mail me a coupon, which makes no sense when obviously I'm ordering food because that's what me and the family decided to eat that night.    Read morePizza is good (only reason for 2 stars), but any time I try to order on the weekend, they have their online ordering turned off, forcing you to call in. This is the primary reason for the loss of stars. The other partial reason which may have been coincidence, but a few days after paying with my credit card over the phone on one of these occasions where the online ordering was off, I had a major increase in scam calls and my card was compromised. I couldn't think of anything else that I had purchased with my card near that time that would have compromised it. This was the most likely culprit. I'd recommend only paying with cash if they shut down the online orders. I'd be curious if other people had something similar after providing their card number over the phone with this store.

After being unable to get their app to work properly (after about 2 hours it did) and their phone being out of order as well, I was finally able to place my order. It arrived with two of the toppings missing. I called about this as some of the slices were being eaten when I was told âdonât eat the first one; we will bring a corrected order and swap them out.â I thought he surely was joking. When the girl arrived with the corrected (supposedly) one, she knocked and knocked while I was saying please leave it, we do no contact delivery. She said she has to pick up the first one. I called the store and said why on earth do you want the first one back half eaten??? We do 0 contact deliveries due to Covid and I canât imagine why they think I should open my door to hand back a half eaten pizza. What a shame because we used them...
