Ordered a to-go sirloin, medium-rare, with two sides of broccoli. Came back to my car, opened it right away, and got well-done instead.
Server didn’t give or offer utensils until I check and ask.
There was no smiling, and the attitude was unwelcoming. The server ignored me and showed no care or explanation for any of the issues. Acting like I’m the one creating problems.
Here is details on what I most upset about. When I go back and ask for a remake, the server keeps silent and unhappily brings the food back to the kitchen. When the new one came out, there wasn’t a single word spoken, and the server didn’t wait for any feedback before going back inside. I cut into it—still well done. I waited for the server to come back, showed them the steak, and they walked to the kitchen. The manager comes out to inspect it, but there was no apology, no explanation—just silence, she brings the food back inside. After a bit, the server brings the third box out to me. This time, the steak was half medium, half well done. The server’s only comment was, "Is that red enough for you? That looks red to me." No concern, no care.
I gave up at that point. I didn’t want to waste any more time. It felt like the chef was trying to prove a point that they couldn’t cook a medium-rare sirloin.
On top of that, the broccoli was inconsistent. The first box had good broccoli, but the third box had undercooked, terrible broccoli. I didn’t order “medium-rare broccoli.” 😔 Also, the last box was over-salted, while the first had a nice balance. This showed a lack of consistency in their food preparation, or maybe it was intentional because they were upset with me.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. I gave them multiple chances to fix the mistakes, but they showed zero care or problem-solving skills. The service was terrible, both from the server and the manager. The chef clearly lacks skill, and overall, this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. That’s why I felt compelled to write this review.
Despite all of that rude services, the customers that go there are really nice the whole time I was there. This is the only good point I see at the restaurant.
If the owner or some higher manager read this, please retrain your employees. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled my complaints was unacceptable. This was my first visit, and I’m not planning to return anytime soon.

Read moreI’ve eaten here numerous times as it’s close to home. Usually the service is good, but tonight was disgustingly awful.
Our server tonight was Kat. Throughout the entire evening (1 1/2 hours) she never refilled my soda and only offered to refill my partners water once despite us having them sitting blatantly on the edge of the table and her walking by multiple times helping other customers. After our food came - which is when she refilled my partners water - she essentially ignored us.
As we were finishing our dinner, we managed to get her attention to order desert 30-40 minutes before closing - still no offer to refill drinks. We then waited for 30 minutes with her passive aggressively loudly cleaning around us while we waited.
Since it was close to closing time we got her attention again to ask how much longer it would take. She seemed like we were bothering her, but she went and checked and came back saying they were working to get it out — 40 minutes for a cookie skillet???? It’s not like it was busy. It was obvious she either forgot to put it in or it was overlooked - but no apology.
The cookie skillet came out in about 5 minutes. It was bad. It was obviously made in a rush. The chocolate was burnt and the cookie was hard to chew, it felt like we were going to break our teeth.
THEN after all this, we go to pay and the bill on our machine isn’t even ours. We show the “waitress” and she tells us it’s technically cheaper so we should just pay. I don’t believe it was cheaper, but at this point i just wanted to leave, so we paid and left. Still no apology.

Impatient and short with you while giving her wrongly made drinks to her loud obnoctious friends at the table behind us. Probably employees on their off time, as they're already known for over serving co workers being off work, getting so drunk and killing a motorcyclist! Of which we had the pleasure of meeting at a different establishment as he J we will call him bitched about bikers choosing to die bc we don't drive cages to protect ourselves from drunk drivers that are almost 4 times over the legal limit!! Yet listened to this grown man BOY blame the biker and his long term lady for his soon imprisonment. He killed an innocent guy and almost, his soon to be wife and now we watch as this non personality feeds a long island ice tea to a group of already drunks for free. But hey, let's get to the food, I ordered what looked amazing from the couple next to us, chicken ranch quesadillas and yet mine come out uncooked soggy and gross, not thick like the other couples and let me just show you. See picture! Show her Rebecca how poorly they were because after I've typed this all out and 15 mins have gone by she never even checked on us. This place is clearly not for our crowd any longer. Best of luck owner because as a biker and a nightly dinner diner word will spread fast of our experience. Then this bartender just took my plate. Looked at the time like I was SUCH an inconvenience??
