I wish I could say that I had a great experience at this location but I did not. Having been a few times now, I decided to write this review in hopes that some changes can be made.
When I arrived, as well as on other occasions when I ate dine-in, I immediately noticed my shoes sticking to the floor. My children noticed it too. We could hear a sound similar to what tape makes when you pull it off of glue, just not as loud. I looked past it for now. We really wanted to enjoy this since we hadn't really eaten out anywhere due to covid, work and school.
Stepping up to the counter, I placed my order, and was immediately greeted by an obviously unamused employee who neither smiled nor really greeted us at all. After ordering, my kids and I were given our cups and we went to the beverage fountain to fill them up. I noticed immediately that most of the drinks weren't available. The only ones left were Zeros and Diet; none of which my kids and I drank. Instead, I returned to the counter to ask if they had drinks available in the drive through area. The employee said "yes" and asked us what we'd like, left to get our drinks and then handed them to us. I was confused because, despite having told them that nothing was available at the fountain in the dining room, no one came to refill any of them.
A few minutes later, we were called up for our food. Countless times, I'd order a baked potato and none of the condiments were given to me. I checked everything before leaving. I ordered the sour cream and chive potato; the butter and sour cream weren't given to me. This has happened multiple times.
When we received our nuggets, they were really inedible. They were burnt, hard, and had a strange flavor. I made my kids stop eating them. Additionally, I ordered a 20pc and was only given a 10pc. I returned to the counter and informed them that part of our order was missing.
I included photos for reference. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again, which is unfortunate because we don't have many decent places to eat...

Option number one: Don't be in a rush. Option number two: Plan to wait three times longer than the normal fast food. Option number three: Choose another restaurant.
Customer Service: We were not greeted when we walked up to the register. There was no teamwork or system to make the transitions from the register, to the cooks, to the preparations for the tray. I was not acknowledged by the cashier who placed my order when I returned to the counter 10 minutes later. I not once commented on my dissatisfaction during the wait. The lady preparing the tray expressed frustration with the forgetfulness of placing the remaining items on my tray, as though someone dropped the ball. She never acknowledged my presence, nor apologized.
Quality: The dine-in order took 14 minutes for two burger meals and a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were sitting in the tray without the two orders of fries for more than ten minutes. The “grilled” chicken sandwich was “fried” and cooled off so much that the cheese was stiff. It would be horrible to wait nearly another quarter hour for a correctly made grilled chicken sandwich, that just might handle unwell with not-so-friendly employees. The fries were not fresh, but not too old.
Cleanliness and Supplies: The bathrooms were a typical substandard wiped-down level of "clean". They have air dryers that are not powerful enough to dry your hands in less than 120 seconds. I'd only washed my hands while balancing to keep the door opened so that I don't have to touch the door knob. Ketchup was empty in both dispensers. Several patrons had to go up to the counter for individual ketchup packets in a tub.

I had ordered 4 Dave's singles at medium size which were 7.50 each which would round to around 8 dollars after tax. Once I saw the receipt, they had charged me around 10 dollars per combo and it had them marked as classic chicken sandwiches. I immediately went to complain and told them they had messed up the order. I asked for the food to be replaced with what I originally ordered with a partial refund, because I was charged more for meals I didn't ask for. Then the cashier who messed up my order brought the manager. The manager then said if I wanted a partial refund for the food or extra fries. So I asked for a partial refund, then she said the refund would be about 2.50, which didn't add up at all. I told her that didn't make sense. I told her I originally ordered 4 Dave's singles and they were 7.50 each, she rudely said no and the price on the menu was wrong and that they were actually 8.00 each which made no sense. Then she aggressively showed me the screen showing 9.38 and she said that was price after tax for each one and even showed me the screen. I didn't want to make a scene for 6 or 7 dollars that were overcharged, so my family and I left. But she was so rude and I'm never going to that trash Wendy's again. They have no idea how to professionally help a customer. Giving one star is me being nice. I even felt they were being partially racist because they treated other people with all smiles.
