AT&T Store — Local services in Alamogordo

This place scammed us. One of the salesmen (who I won’t name) persuaded us to switch to AT&T on the promise that we’d get 2 free iPhone 11 phones if we traded in our iPhone 8+ phones. We traded in our phones and switched our service to AT&T. That was in November. Now it’s April. Our bill has never been corrected yet. We’re still paying WAY over what we were promised our monthly bill would be. We’re still being charged monthly installments for one of the devices despite the fact we did not sign up for a buy-one-get-one-free deal. No one can help us. AT&T has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We got ripped off and manipulated, and now, 5 months later, I’m beginning to accept it. This company owes us money. Wish we had...

If I can give this place and their employees negative stars, I most definitely would. I had paid off my iPhone and was eligible to upgrade to a iPhone 12 max. Instead of transferring my line to that upgraded phone they activated two lines on my account without my knowledge. During this time, I even suspended my account for specific reasons and they were still charging my account for both lines. I have dealt with the same issue for more than a year and issue had never been resolved after countless of days speaking with managers and employees. The manager as well as employees gave no effort in reimbursing me for a year worth of charging me for their mistake. I don’t recommend this store whatsoever. Good luck to...

The employees of this store have treated me badly and have made fun of me for not speaking to them in English. My first language is Spanish and I feel more comfortable speaking my language. to change my phone for a more updated one, it took 3 months to give me my new phone, after many complaints and reports to the main office.
