DONT USE THEIR SHIPPING! They don't know their own policies and expect the customer to know how to do everything. Attempting to ship items for my family out to Hawaii and the shipping department at Staples was trying to get through every customer as fast as possible. They incorrectly labeled my package and never told me that the items could not be shipped via UPS due to the lithium ion batteries. I wasted $97 to ship items to CA and back to me and they never made it to their destination in Hawaii all due to the package being "improperly labeled" despite having the sticker on the side annotating lithium Ion batteries. Calling customer service and they state that is not the responsibility of Staples to assist customers in knowing the shipping policies that they offer. That the customer must know EVERYTHING about how and what to ship through them. They will not be refunding anything even though I did, what I thought, what was required of me to ship items through them. Read moreEdit when I went there the next morning to pickup the two people working were both very polite. An elderly woman and a young dude who was well kept. Service was quick. They apologized multiple times for the inconvenience, assured me they knew who was closing and that they would have a conversation with them about closing the gate in people's faces and sending out emails that orders are ready within ten minutes of closing.
Placed an online order. Was emailed that it was ready ten minutes before closing. I have been eagerly anticipating my order so immediately hopped in my car and drove to the other side of town as quickly as I could. The employees shut the gate in my face 1 minute before closing even though they had just messaged me 8 minutes prior to come pick up my order.
Honestly considering just going to vistaprints and waiting for a better quality product. I chose this option because it was fastest, but because of the blatant disrespect and lack of planning on the employees part I'm probably not even gonna bother...

This week I had to buy a new ink cartridge for it and also there was a paper jam. Bought and installed cartridge but couldn’t reach the paper jam so took it to Staples repair department to be told the rollers were broken and could not be repaired. They showed me a new one at $169.00 and the same as dismissed me. Offhand unfriendly and rude. Young man needs a job away from customer service!
