Food is the only good thing here, but for the same price as a restaurant in Denver you would definitely have a better time somehere else. The 2 servers there are HORRIBLE. One of my friends went in one time to get some dinner and the server told him "if you want a quick bite this isn't the place for you." THIS SERVER IS LITERALLY TURNING SERVICE AWAY. I also went in for dinner with my significant other this week and was not greeted at all or acknowledged when we walked in. We went upstairs and looked at the bartender. As we are waiting to be seated, he finally looked up and told us "sit wherever" in a very unprofessional manner. It felt like we were a bother. When I asked for a Jack and coke I was told "we are out of jack, want anything else". They don't even have a drink menu and I guess they dont stock the full bar they have.So I just got crown royal which was a upcharge. When ordering our food my significant other asked if he could have gosar sausage in his fettuccine instead of chicken. The server said "I'm not sure we can do that." So instead of bringing him fettuccine with sausage they brought out fettuccine by itself and a whole other plate of uncut sausage. So my significant other had to cut his sausage and put it into the pasta himself, I'm not sure why they couldn't do that for us. They brought my food out 15 min after his. And after all of this we see the bill is 66.87. So we give our card and wait another 15 min for the server to pick up our tab even though it was not busy (us and 1 other table). After looking around and seeing him goof around with the other server, he finally noticed us and brings back my card. I noticed the total was now 70 Dollars instead of the original 66.87(taxes included). So he added his own tip or gratuity for 2 people! So I left without leaving a tip. Worst service I have ever had in awhile. I won't ever be going back. This place won't be around for long if they keep the same servers who turn away business and dont answer phone calls and act like they don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just walked into the restaurant with my family and I was met by a man that told me that they only have one waiter and then I might have to wait a while, and I said Iām fine with waiting for a while and he turned around and he said thatās what they all say with an attitude towards me so I told him I felt like an inconvenience and I walked out. Horrible horrible experience within the first minute of being in there so these guys really donāt deserve any respect from me nor my money. Iām from the east coast, they surly donāt have the east coast vibe of a pizza place and Iām sure the pizza is just as low as they are. Yes Iām mad. I didnāt deserve that. I wasnāt rude or a karen, but his attitude was way out of line. I hope he steps up and makes it right. Not looking for free food but an apology would be swell. I truly hope it wasnāt the owner talking like this and his poorly trained worker learns work ethics. The kicker here is we were the first customers. Soā¦. Make it make sense. Math isnāt mathing. And when I told him that I wasnāt going to feel like an inconvenience and we were leaving, he said something along the line he didnāt care. So yeah, great impression. A plus service my guy. Such a joke. Look at their other reviews and the owners response. he seems like a narcissist to me. Canāt take reviews.
After further looking through the reviews, you turn people, paying people, who arenāt being Karenās, away. You guys really need to get it together. We walked around town waiting a good while to eat there because I was told by a client to try it. But look at your reviews, the problem is you guys. When I read more then 4 people in the reviews had this exact same thing happen, you truly should be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdated review: Originally, I thought this place was great, because the slices I first had were crispy on the bottom and not flimsy. (Anyone can make a flimsy pizza.) Though after some time noticed the consistency isn't always there. Slices aren't always available either. The owner is also not open to suggestions. It's kinda like this is the way we do it and that's how it is. It just doesn't make sense to me that if you could potentially increase profitability and make customers happy, why wouldn't you be open to that? IDK, pretty much stopped going as it seems like you're kinda an inconvenience just wanting a slice of pizza. They could be a lot smarter about how they do slices so you can have the consistency. BUT no one knows anything except the owner. No one wants to show up and not have something available. Otherwise, I just wasted my time and have to find something else OR have to wait a long time. Starting to get a little pricey per slice I can still find a better deal with quality ingredients in Boulder (A really expensive place) Also no meal deal like a lot of pizza places have. Another quick easy upsale. Yeah, I just don't get it and kinda turned off by the whole experience. The funny thing about all of it is: These are not new concepts. Literally, just look at what a lot of other...
