Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

Little Ceasars is terrible, horrible, smh when I get there to pick up a order I was told by the employee to pick up time for the order was at 903 p.m. and I arrived at the store at 8:50 p.m. so I went out to my car and came back in at 903 p.m. and was told that my order was just in the oven and it won't be ready till 9:10 p.m. I spoke to the same employee and said when I walk in you told me my order pick up time was at 9:03 p.m. and it'll be ready by then that was a lie I was upset went back to my car came back in and my order wasn't ready till 9:15 p.m. so I had asked the employee what had happened he specifically told me that someone walked in wanted a order of cheese breadsticks they then my order and I had to wait in the extra 5 minutes for his order to come up this restaurant is so terrible that they will give your order to someone else that walks in gets the same thing and hand it to them while they placed the purchase order that wanted the same thing and gives it to you when you come back in that...

So, I went in to order two crazybreads and asked them to put sprinkle some extra parmigion cheese on them. An order that should cost $8 was rang up for $13.90. To be clear, I was dealing with the manager, I asked him why it would come to almost $14 for an $8 order, and he stated, "I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE EXTRA CHEESE ON BOTH OF THEM ???????. Let me also bring up the point that they ""Give Away "" Parmigion packets for "Free" I gave him a look like, "You have to be Kidding Me, he was not going to budge, I canceled my order and went to the Little Ceasars on Abbot. The Abbott rd. Manager rang it up for $8 like it is supposed to be. I even asked him why the Manager on Norther Lights would try to overcharge so much. Then, to top it off, I went in a second time to the Northern Light location and they did it a second time, and wanted to claim ""thats the way it is"". Never again !!! at...

Today made several attempts to get our money back that was taken off my debit card on 2/4/2023 in the amount of $55 that their staff charged my account without us receiving anything. The staff by the name George is rude and unprofessional.He gave me the wrong number to contact their supervisor Tauline and when contacting their supervisor she said they looked into it and stated that my bank is probably holding it because the sale was Canceled!!! My bank Alaska USA stated that Little Ceasers definitely received the money out of my account and that they would be opening investigation into situation and calling their corporate office. Very disappointing that they’re taking advantage of customers. Do not use your ANY CARDS…to pay for your purchase at...
