McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

It is 8:38pm and it is 11/23/24 we went through the drive thru placed an order my daughter tells me what she wants to add on we pull up to the first window no one was there so we pulled up to the second window wanted to do an add on but was told to drive back around and that they are unable to take the order the asian manager who wa son the floor working came to the window started question my man why we did not order before WELL FIRST OFF IF MY CHILD ! A CHILD !! WANTED TO LET HER PARENT KNOW WHAT SHE WANTS TO ADD ON LAST MINUTE I DOT SEE WHAT THE BIG ISSUE IS ?! AND I DONT SEE WHY ITS A PROBLEM TO ADD A FOOD ITEM AT THE Window ! SHE THEN STARTS TO ARGUE WITH HIM Spoke OVER HIM GAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! I THEN CALLED THE LADY AND ARGUED WITH HER AS WELL SHE NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED AND FIRED SHE IS RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT OTHER RACE !! MIND YOU MY MAN IS A BLACK MALE WHO IS JUST DRIVING Through TO GET FOOD FOR OUR CHILD !! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My family and I had just got off an 8 hour flight. After picking up our rental car my 5 year old granddaughter needed to use a restroom. We stopped at the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in my life! First you needed a code to use the restroom but only if you ordered first but the kicker was you had to use the self ordering kiosk! We finally got someone to open the restroom door. We waited over 15 minutes for our order and we were the only customers inside! They kept waiting on drive through customers! We literally yelled at the 4 employees there to get their attention and not one of them would acknowledge us! By this time my daughter needed to use the restroom and no one would give her a code! And to add insult to injury after we sat down to eat an employee walked right past our table and went to use the bathroom herself! A Doordash driver came in and watched his order sit there the whole time we were being ignored. And to top it off there was water on the floor at the entrance with no caution sign or anything letting you know to be careful. My daughter almost fell as we were leaving. Horrible Customer Service. Managers are very rude to employees and customers. Never get the order correct. and refuse to use the McDonalds app coupon. because for some reason there wasn't a code on it. told them they are welcome to pull the code up and they say they cant touch the phone, when they have in the past. So ether way someone is in the wrong. Ask to talk to manager and am told.I am the manager and the scanner has been broke for a long time so nothing we can do. Um fix it... Would not recommend this McDonalds at all they are Horrable there are a few people who are polite and helpful but overall this mcdonalds is NOT one I would recommend to anyone. The temperature was freezing in the play area and the. bathroom. And in the main lobby it was very cold so much that you had to wear a coat to be comfortable sitting there. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. AMD My mom has. even there in the past She is disabled and she went through the drive through.
