10/8/19 I have made an edit to this post. Please click on the “more” button And read the entire review. Thank you. I would have liked to have given them more than one star , but after waiting almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered I canceled my order. I called in at 11:45 AM and decided to cancel at 1:25 PM, surprisingly enough as soon as I Got off the phone the driver showed up with my food . I told her I just canceled my order and she said OK and walked out. I realize this was during The lunchtime rush, but the address they were supposed to deliver to was only about 5 to 10 minutes away. My coworkers could not believe it took so long . The people I spoke with on the phone we’re very nice, but unfortunately that just isn’t enough .
10/8/19 I would like to make an edit to my above post. I was visited today by a very nice lady who wanted to contact me about my previous experience with Sara’s sandwiches. We had a very nice talk and she gave me a gift card to Make up for my previous experience. I was not expecting that , and was very pleasantly surprised. Her actions were definitely a five star with me. As for the sandwich—nothing mind-blowing, just a solid, straightforward sub. I’m not the biggest fan of iceberg lettuce, but everything else was fine. It’s one of those meals that gets the job done when you’re hungry.
I’ll be coming back in a week or so to try a different sandwich and see how it stacks up overall. First impressions were decent, and I like supporting local...
