This is the worse experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever, period, ever. Our waitress took over 20 minutes to get to us for our drink order and took our entire order once she arrived. I had to go ask the hostess if she was informed that she had a new table. After 45 minutes of no appetizers or drinks, I tracked down the manager, who was behind the bar for some unknown reason joking it up with the 2 bar customers present. I told the manager what was going on and she said she would get some chips out to us soon. 10 minutes later, chips and salsa showed up with our drinks. Still didnāt have the appetizers we ordered. Another 30 minutes later, drinks were empty, chips gone, no sign of anyone. Eventually, our food showed up. 3 of the 10 orders were wrong. The childās burger was burnt, the corn mushy, the ābuttered noodlesā didnāt have any butter and 1/2ā of water was in the bowl, and the medium steak was almost rare. We asked for ranch and butterā¦ā¦ after 30 minutes without ranch or butter, I tracked down the managerā¦.again and expressed my deep disappointment in our experience. She offered to comp our meals and give us gift certificates. I honestly just wanted to pay for what we got and leave. Oh, and we still never got the appetizers that we originally ordered. Itās blatantly obvious that no one there gives a d@mn. I even overheard other customers that were about to just pay for their drinks and leave since they waited so long on their food. The entire staff there needs a complete overhaul. Close for a few weeks, bring in a manager that gives a sh!t, fire everyone there, and start fresh. The cooks apparently burned 6 trays of rolls in a row. Maybe they should learn to use an oven before being responsible for the food of others. If the supervision is that bad there, then maybe itās time for a desperate change. The doors to the restroom stalls wouldnāt close or latch either. What an embarrassment to the food...

I have never ever seen a waitress bring someone an appetizer before their drinks. It was almost 20m minutes before she brought us drinks. After moving to a table, it was almost 30-40 minutes before the waitress took our order. The cook, whomever he or she was put raw bread crumbs on the broccoli with rice. It was cold and looked like it had just been mixed together, never heated. I thought you had to bake it in, not just throw it up there like whip cream on top of cake. The entire meal was terrible. The waitress made me never want to eat there again. She was just too lazy and unprofesssional. I don't know, maybe she wasn't having a good day or maybe she needs to get a new job. None of the food was good. This is the reason Albany loses good businesses. We start off good and then someone comes in and get lazy causing us to lose customers. Once you lose customers, you lose business. I do not know who the cook was for Cheddars on 04/28/2022 but you need to do better. When I got ready to pay the suggested amount for the waitress was $11.00; however, I scrolled down to O. One thing about me I believe in providing waitresses a good tip because many of them are kind and they work hard, but if you don't get a tip from me you must be really lazy, tacky, and unprofessional. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHi restaurant owners and everyone else I'm sorry for this negative comments but I got to say the truth when I visited this restaurant I was waiting on the table for my food to be served when I feel like I want to go to the bathroom and I was using the bathroom when I see one of the chef or kitchen helper went in to the room to use a toilet then I was washing my hands. surprise for me I just so the guy walked out from the bathroom without washing his hands and I know it was one of the cooker because I saw him with his uniform and I just walked straight to the counter to cancel the order because I don't want to eat there anymore find out the food was served and my children and my wife was eating already so I just tasted the food I did not want to eat it because it was nasty of what I saw in the bathroom so I just try my food and i let my children's eat the food because I didn't want them to cause brain problems then Leiter the manager came to me and told me that my bill is paid of but I told her that I'm gonna pay my bill and I did pay for it because I always go out with my family and eat at restaurants and we never try to get free meal from no restaurant so I paid for my bill even if I didn't like or for what I see or what I taste but if I'm paid for what I eat me and my family deserve a good clean service so this call is for restaurant owners if you can do something to fixed that problem or create some rules for the workers that will be nice but right now I can't...
