Local's — Restaurant in Albany

We love Locals. They’re always so yummy and the workers are always so kind. I give the atmosphere a 4/5, not due to Locals, but their customers. Recently, I’ve noticed people will come stand in line, but as time goes on & they get closer to the front, their group gets bigger and bigger. Locals is so good, so I get wanting to cut in line with your group, but when you see the line is so long, and your group just went from 3 people to 10, people need to have basic decency and be courteous to others that have been waiting for 30+ minutes. This is extremely frustrating when these groups do this, because most of the time they want the special, causing Locals to run out of supply. Basically, they cut in line, don’t have to wait nearly as long, and get the special, selling it out? Locals is amazing, but consumers need to do better. Just be a decent human. 10/10 recommend Locals....

Absolutely wonderful place, the downside is they are so popular and that can lead to having to wait in line, they have gotten better and better about speed since they opened. They are the only close place that has fresh pretzels, and they are amazing, just buttery salty goodness. Got to say best eaten in the parking lot when they still have a bit of a crisp to them. The donuts, there is nothing close to them any where around here, simply just a great tasting donut that is soft and fresh. Pricing, they are great, better pricing the more you buy, they haven't increased their pricing even after getting a huge following. There just isn't anywhere that even compares to Local's in terms of value, freshness, and taste. Everyone there is always very nice, I don't see how with always being so busy, but just awesome...

The glazed donuts were the best I've ever had you're so good they brought me back to my childhood it was that wonderful. For me to say that you just have to try it it's just an experience. Pretzels were pretty decent what the star is the vanilla glazed donut. This is my first time ever going to locals Donuts. My very first impression walked up to the counter and I see them cooking fresh homemade donuts hanging them while glazing them right in front of me I fell like it was at Krispy Kreme but Krispy Kreme is nothing on locals Donuts.
