This was our first visit. Great atmosphere, we met some nice people. We ordered wings and drinks. We received our drink order but never received our wings. The waitress kept apologizing about the wait and then gave us our check. Everyone around us were receiving their orders. My husband and I decided we were ready to leave. He asked that they remove the wings from the check. The waitress stated they were going to make her pay for the wings. I'm still trying to figure out how that is our fault. As a waitress, she should have checked with the kitchen to find out the hold-up. The manager tried to guilt trip us by stating that we was costing the waitress money. We didn't cost her anything, we never received our order and we shouldn't be expected to pay for their mistake. This was the absolute worst place I've been to ever in life for many reasons visiting Albany this was supposed to be a fun environment to hookah and vibe apon arriving I was notified that my above knee shorts was to short and I could not enter no problem I simple asked what was the dress code so I could change after going to buy clothes multiple people with shorts even shorter then mines had no problem entering cool not a problem after asking for a hookah no one there could actually make it after stating I would pay extra for someone to make it the bar tender stated she would but with the worst attitude ever I would say her name but she had no name tag and didn't bother ever greating us after simply asking for a shot instead and waiting for others to receive multiple rounds we just seemed to not be able to be served so over all I would never in...

The salmon was overcooked and the broccoli was cold..when made mention to the server she said that it was only two people working. I replied that doesn't mean we get low quality food for the same price as if you were fully staffed. I asked her how rich was the wings only she said minus $4 from what every quantity that I chose. When the hill came, I was charged the full amount for 12 wings and fries. When I questioned the server she said " my bad I assumed it would be minus $4 since that's how much a side of fries cost.
