Waffle House — Restaurant in Albany

This current staff runs a well oiled machine. From the time you enter the premises to the time you leave. They greet you with a smile & upbeat personalities and atmosphere. The service is attentive & impeccable. The food was amazing. My brother & I while visiting for Charlotte, NC for our Niece's graduation, ate here. I seriously had to tell them outloud, so that everyone could hear, "This is the best waffle house I have ever eaten at." And my brother & I have eaten at a lot of them since we travel a lot. Whoever put this crew together knew the assignment and they are representing supremely. Kudos to all of them for their hard work and work ethic. Shame you can't leave a negative star. The W Oglethorpe WH doesn't deserve the one I left. WH powers that be, You just lost a customer for life. I rolled up to the one on W Oglethorpe in Albany Ga at 5:52 am to enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast only to be told I can’t come inside until after 7am. What are you open for if we can’t come in? This was a total bust. I came in from the Hilton next door since it was so close and live Waffle House back home in NC. I ordered the All Star and nothing came out right. First time I've ever sit down in a restaurant and have so many problems. Waffle was soft, bacon was under cooked. Usually get two eggs with the All Star and received one.
