I had never been to this Arby’s before I used the app to make a mobile order. When I arrive to pick up my order, even though there were no customers and no line in the drive-through I sat at the drive-through window after being interrupted and told to pull around and waited for at least five minutes before somebody open the window handed me my soda And handed me a bag of food, The man said thank you and shut the window. I ordered a combo meal fish sandwich and got a free cheeseburger for ordering $10 of food. I paid for a side cup of cheese sauce with my order and requested five sauces to be put in the bag with it,, But when I got home, all that was in the bag was a small curly fries, not even halfway full of burnt french fries that were not edible. I could not chew them. I gave them to my dog. The fish sandwich was extremely sloppy and messy hard to eat I didn’t get any sauces. Did not get my cheese sauce. Didn’t get a straw for my soda. Didn’t even get a napkin. I called the store to let them know they messed up my order and when I told the girl who answered the phone what was wrong with my meal she told me to drive back up there and they would remake it. I said I don’t have time to drive back up there and she hung up on me. I had not eaten at Arby’s in a While and after this experience, I don’t see myself ever trying to eat at one again horrible service, horrible food won’t make that...
Read moreI have no idea what is going on with this particular location, but I tried to do drive through 3 times in a row where I've left because the line did not move for 10 minutes straight. Today, the line only had 2 cars, how bad could it be? Well, I waited about 20 minutes. I ordered my food at the speaker veru clearly and concisely. The person over the speaker says in response ".... Uh.... What was that?" So I repeated myself. Person on speaker says "Oh. Uh, the #1 is that a combo?" Yes. "Curly fries right?" Yes. "Ok pull forward" I then proceed to wait 10 minutes before the first car leaves the window. Then another 5 for the vehicle in front of me. Then as I pull up, the person in the window is staring at the screen for a good 30 seconds with their hand out of the window as I'm presenting my card. They finally take the card and disappear for a good 2-3 minutes. Hand me my food first. Takes another 1-2 minutes to get my card back, another 30 seconds before someone gets the drink. Meanwhile, no one in the store is moving except this one person who seems visibly confused about their job. And they put regular fries, not curly as is default and they confirmed verbally earlier, in the bag. Wild.
And it's ONLY this location. Every other Arby's in town, in and out, decent to good service. I can't say I'm willing to come back to this one for...
Read moreIf I had the option of zero stars thats what I would have chosen. On 06/07/2017 I looked up the hours online before going and it says they are open until 9:30pm. My husband and I arrived at 9:00pm and decided to go through the drive thru. As we sat in the drive thru we watched a customer exit the resturant. After 5 minutes of sitting in the drive through, waiting for someone to take our order the drive thru menu lights shut off with no one working said anything to us. At this point it it was 9:05pm and I called the resturant to see what was going on and if they were open like they were supposed to be. A man answered and I questioned him on there hours. He told me they were supposed to be open till 10:00pm (google says 9:30pm) but they had to close early because they were short staffed. He then hung up on me. I have worked in multiple resturants for many years and have been short staffed plenty of times and have never heard or closing early because of it (especially when you only have not even an hour left). I hope corporate speaks to management and if managment didnt authorize the early closing (which I dont know why they would) that they would get rid of the lazy employees that want to skip out on work early and hang up on paying customers. Very disappointed to...
