Saturday 5-9-15 Stopped in 2PM to have some lunch. First after placing order we went to sit down and found that all, yes all the tables were dirty and the floors were covered in waste and papers. I wiped down the top of a table and we sat down. I watched a man in a suit and tie that was waiting impatiently for his order (came across the street from the hotel where they were attending a wedding). He got up twice and went to the counter to see if his order was ready. We got our order and found that the order was not right. My burger was not what I ordered, I went up to the counter and gave them the burger back, at the same time a woman whom burger I got came up and had the same problem she got my ordered burger. We gave them the burgers back and the Lotaburger staff was going to remake them. We waited 15 minutes, and then I went up to the counter and asked about the burger. The Lotaburger staff looked at each other like what are you talking about. The young man behind the counter asked the grill staff what they did with the remake. The grill staff pointed to a bag on the counter top warmer, in that bag was two burgers mine and the other customers. Both in the same bag, I don’t know that lady and she don’t know me. How can you put two separate orders into a bag and forget about it on a counter. We were out of time I asked for the money back for the burger, I already ate my fries and drank over half my drink. Read moreWent Tuesday before 8pm. Went through the drive thru... guy on the intercome was rude. Everytime I would order something... he would say "is that it?". I told him no... and this happened everytime I would order another meal. While ordering you can hear the other employees in the background complaining about me making them combos and continuing to order food. By the time we got to the 3rd combo meal... I had enough. Asked him "should we go to another LataBurger?", he was dumb founded and I told him about us hearing what they were saying in the back ground. He was quite. I told him we were leaving.
I left livid... absolutely angry! This location is already super slow and then after waiting so long the buns don't get grilled and orders get messed up? Then on top of that you want to be rude as hell? Crazy !!!
We turned around and went to the Lataburger by St. Pius... they were nice and just did their job. We got our food and came back home... right off Rio Grande and Central. Honestly probably got home earlier than if I chose to still order from this location.
I'll never come here again! I'll make sure to stop at the ones before we get close to home!
If you don't want to work... don't work! Go home! Somebody who cares about the well being of this location needs ro be present...
Read moreDrove over there to order the lota dog. We didn't know that lotaburger does not make a relish hot dog anymore. We asked the girl at the speaker she said just pull up. We asked for a relish a lot of dog she said we don't have mustard only onions and we don't make them. Then I ordered a lot of chili dog also and a it's a burger. When your employee shut the glass window I could hear her talking about us customers mocking us saying that we're dumb customers and that we don't understand that lotaburger does not have relish. She kept on saying those people just don't understand there's no relish. I found that very rude very unprofessional. When she opened the window I asked her to give me my money back I told her I would not be ordering anything from people that talk behind the customer's backs and make fun of them. She brought over her manager which began to start yelling right away trying to explain her employees mishaps. I told her just give me my damn money. Before you know it a ton of adolescents came to the window to all look at the customer me. They all started laughing and screaming. I've been going to that lotaburger for 30 years.
