I went in the other day and received an order that was wrong. I said nothing. I checked it out to an accident…. However, we went back a few days later I ordered chicken fries, I received ghost pepper fries when I went back through the line the man was extremely nasty with me and called me a liar, saying that’s what I ordered when I infact did not, so I proceeded to call him the liar amongst other names, after he gave me regular chicken fries that look like they had been thrown on the floor and put in a box…Keep in mind these were for my young children, if people can be that nasty when you are giving food to children, they are monsters and creeps; avoid this place at all costs . The atmosphere is dirty and demolished, the worker had lack of customer service, lack of integrity, lack of accountability. Those are NOT characteristics you want in someone preparing your food. Read moreJust went to a location at 6060 San Mateo N.E. Albuquerque, NM 87109. They employee failded to give us a receipt. Our meal seemed over priced. I called the store to talk with a manager, when she came on she said 'hello, yeah' very unprofessional. They then told me to drive back to the store. Over 3 miles away. I then confronted her about the service and her attitude, when she decided to lie about her greeting. I was in the car with my girlfriend, both of us have been servers/and bartenders for a decade. This is not how you respectively respond to an upset guest!!!! Very rude. I loved this company and it's products, but not with cancers you hire in your branches....the franchise manager should never let such an unprofessional MANAGER work in one of their locations.
