Now its no hate on the nail tech as far as personality. I tipped because I still wanted to be polite and she was still very sweet, but paying almost 90(with tip) just wasnt worth it. I had to even ask her to fix the nails because they were bulky on one side of the nail and i had to ask her to clean under my nails because there was dried acrylicand glue which i still have some stuck to my thumb and nail and its a bit painful to separate. There's almost no apex to the nail so im afraid if I hit my finger in a certain way there goes my whole nail. The nails itself are bumpy and some have bubbles. I do love the color and chrome she used I wanted more but decided to go with very basic because I wasnt satisfied with how my nails were turning out. My cuticles weren't even clipped or managed and I still have a bunch of dead skin I had to maintenance myself. I did see the other techs and they looked amazing with their work I may go back with one of them but that was my first time there and it left a bad experience for me. All I recommend is to ask for their experience going forward. Again the girl was absolutely sweet and she did deserve the tip due to personality but the price itself was not worth what I paid. I hope she continues to grow and succeed though because she does have the personality for...

My mother and I went to this place based off of the good reviews. Sadly we had a different experience getting our nails done. They were really nice people, but their work sucked. We had an appointment for two at 3 it took them 30 minutes just to get us. The wife was busy so the husband started mine and then the wife took over and he started my moms then he got up and left. He never came back so the wife was left doing mine and my moms. She was in such a hurry they were bumpy and the color was not solid I asked her to do another coat so it could look decent and she said no. My moms nails were flat out ugly. The wife got gel polish all over my moms skin. We spent 80 bucks in there. My mom went back to ask if they can fix them and they said no they look good. Fixing review since the owner kindly responded :) ————— Called this business to ensure they accepted walk ins and was given two time slots to come in for what I wanted done. When I got there, the window advertised “walk ins welcome” but it’s definitely more appointment based (just fyi!)

The older gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job overall! Although I did notice, he opened the trash can lid with his hands while wearing gloves. He proceeded to continue to work on my pedicure with the same gloves after opening the trash can with his hands. Besides not changing gloves for a couple of things like mentioned above, his work was still really good and he did a great job! Maybe the glove thing was a honest mistake.
